also thinking about the end of wyll's questline if you save the duke and if you talk to him hes like "well i should confront my father..." and for some reason one of the dialog options is to just be like "lmfao what a daddy's boy. gonna go talk to your daddy? you fucking baby?" i dont think ive ever been more insulted by a mean dialog option how dare you.

#the true crime here is that there is no option to call gale a mama's boy which he 100% is #wyll and his father have such a complicated relationship but gale is just like #oh no im on an adventure i need to tell my mommy. everyone stop i need to mail my mom. my supportive and well adjusted mother who loves me #meanwhile wyll is like i need to go talk to my father whom i love who does not understand the man i am #and they have the GALL to let you call HIM a daddys boy how dare. #although i cant truly be mad because i love that this game really does give you the option to be the worst in every instance. #they built in a contingency of if you hate a character #you can just treat them like shit and get funny dialog instead of having to actually engage with them #which. i personally would not enjoy but im sure lots of people appreciate that and i appreciate that the option exists #still though. how dare you. #bg3
