All the scene teens on tiktok are embarrassing themselves by hating on the term scenecore so venomously and crying poser like it’s not that serious and I’m sorry but when u go to find scene subculture online it’s so hard bc it’s just “scene” . Like it gets 0 results related to the fashion/music bc it’s broad while the tag scenecore gets more concentrated specifics. Like does the word scenecore make no sense? Yes. Is adding core to things lazy? Yes. Does it actually matter and make anyone a wannabe? No
