#hate capitalism #i hate my job some days #admittedly I only hate it rn because Talent Acquisition decided to procrastinate until the very last minute on something #and so now we have less than 30 days to prep some 700 hires to start #while these same hires still haven't even been given job offers and are refusing to do anything without them #which like. mood! i support you! but please just schedule your fucking physical so I can cross you off my list #talent's gonna wait until the week before and I'm going to have to clear 60 people in 3 days #this bs was fine two months ago but C'MON #this has been the most disorganized and poorly thought-out acquisition I have ever fucking seen #WE BOUGHT THIS PLACE IN FUCKING EARLY MARCH WHAT DO YOU *MEAN* WE HAVEN'T SENT HALF OF THEM JOB OFFERS YET
