honest question, if a friend of mine created a descendants OC who is the child of bill cipher (gravity falls), would it (a) be a valid OC considering gravity falls is a disney show, and (b) be a muse you’d like to write with?

i’ve been thinking about an OC like this, but said friend has a more solid plan for this specific OC, and i thought i’d let them indulge they’ve got other ideas for other descendants OCs too, but they’re super into this one.
