: Ep by @AamirLiaquat Saturday 02 Mar 2014 Sherry began the 12th episode of Inaam Ghar with the beautiful Kalaam 'Tu hee mera Maula'. No doubt sherry knows how to sing vocals harmoniously. After Dr Aamir Liaquat Husain's beauteous piece of thought, the programme proceeded to its first segment 'Jhat Sawal Patt Jawab'. Tongue twister was the life of this segment. The responsive gags from the audience in the segment were outclass. A man sang a song for his wife to please her as was upset from him. Inaam Ghar focuses greatly on bringing loved ones together and anyone who promotes love is very much welcome to the show. Bikes and other valuable goods were given to the audience. The host announced a good news regarding Rashid and his team, the man who made a record of breaking 84 coconuts in Inaam Ghar- he had accomplished his task of having his name registered in Guiness World Record, priding his country infront of the world. The audience cheered with joy on hearing the news. 'Chat Pat Chata Chat Safa Chat Fatafat' had thr set of Inaam Ghar in the aroma of organo as the two teams were asked to cook Pasta. Meanwhile, two other teams had to put threads in as many needles as possible in a minute. The women team won the game victoriously! But that didn't bring an end to the activity. The men team was asked to put threads through atleast 5 needles by the end of the show to win a bike! Without wasting a minute, the team got to work enthusiastically. Who wouldn't want to grab a deal so easy to win a bike? Fortunately, both man did the task; one was given a ticket to Umrah, while the other won a bike. Pasta was cooked perfect. The funny part was when the host teasingly enjoyed eating it infront of everyone! Dr Aamir Liaquat in the kids segment 'Chulbulley' sang a national song lyrically for Dearest Pakistan. The kids gleamed as they shared little bits of talks with everyone. They also recited Naats. They were appreicated by the audience through appluases. The honorable trophy of 'Pakistan Ideal' was given to Moiz Ullah, a youngster who took the name of Pakistan to zenith by winning 'world youth scrabble championship'. With gratifying appluases, the audience cheered this episode's Pakistan Ideal. Men wearing the whitest clothes were called on stage. By the hoots of the audience a fair judgement was made and the man with the brightest clothes won a washing machine. A midget couple also came to lighten up the programme. The man with his beautiful wife streched smiles across the faces of everyone they got married in Feburary 2014. The host engaging the couple asked them funny questions. The dwarf man also danced cutely for his wife. The audience proved how intelligent they were in the segment 'Lagao Tukka'. The audience heartrendingly enjoyed the segment and answered questions wisely! Worthy gifts like bikes, washing machines, phones and etc were distributed to winners. Next came the segment 'Khel kar jeeto'. Viewers watched interestingly as the 'Golden Girls' (the catchy name of women participants given by the host) played musical chair. The traditional games revived memories of the people watching as musical chair is one of the games that has been played by everyone. The blindfolding game was also thorougly enjoyed by everyone. The funniest game of this segment was the 'makeover'. Two couple teams were called on stage. Husbands had to apply makeup on the face of their wife in two minutes. The whole act was worth the watch. The audience was under exhilaration watching as the husbands applied makeup awfully yet jocundly. Then came the sweet revenge time! Wife's had to give their husbands a makeover by tying their tie and styling their hair like Dr Aamir Liaquat. The wife's were sweet enough to style their husbands nicely. Overall, the activity brought laughs and enjoyment to the programme. Segment 'Car War leja Mere Yar' brought an air of anxiousness in the audience. The three teams played well for the car. Keeping the humorous spirit alive, the host joked on various parts of the segment. Sadly, no team was able to win a car but they weren't sent home empty handed. All participants won mobile phones for trying! Next came the segment 'Zor laga ke Bhaiyya' that looked for unfit indiviuals on the set of Inaam Ghar. Once they were gathered, the fitness instructor asked the participants to atomic pushups. The pushups consisted of balancing legs on a big ball while doing pushups! The act was extremely laughable. Dr Aamir Liaquat alsp engaged in the activity. Watching the host participate in these activities is always interestingly funny. Inaam Ghar ended on 'Mufta'- gifts for everyone. The audience was showered with valuable gifts through lucky draw. JangColumn: "Muzakraat: Season 2...!" by @AamirLiaquat# مذاکرات۔سیزن2...لاؤڈ اسپیکر۔۔۔۔۔ڈاکٹرعامرلیاقت حسین کیا ہوئیں وہ ساری بڑی بڑی باتیں؟یہ یکدم ’’جنگ بندی‘‘ کی ’’دانش‘‘ عقل کی کون سی رگ کی ’’مالش‘‘ کے بعد ذہن میں سمائی؟ کدھر گئیں وہ ہیکڑیاں؟ کچھ یاد بھی ہے کہ ’’یک ماہی بنواس‘‘ لینے سے قبل کیا کچھ فرمایا تھا آپ نے؟ وہ ’’اُصولی مؤقف‘‘ کہاں گیا کہ ’’امن مذاکرات آئین کے بجائے قرآن و سنت کے مطابق ہونے چاہئیں‘‘...اور یہ کہ ’’فوجی آپریشن کے نتائج بھگتنے کے لئے تیار ہیں‘‘ اور یہ بھی کہ ’’حکومت نے ڈالروں کے لئے آپریشن شروع کیا ہے اب فائر بندی کا اعلان اُنہیں کرنا ہوگا‘...بھئی ’’ہمیں‘‘ تو آپ مسلمان سمجھتے ہی نہیں اور ہمیں بھی پروا نہیں کہ آپ سمجھیں یا نہ سمجھیں بس اللہ اور اُس کا رسول ﷺ ہم سے راضی ہوجائیں،اِس کے سوا ربِ کعبہ کی قسم کچھ اور نہیں چاہئے...لیکن ...آپ تو ’’پکے مسلمان‘‘ ہیں،بعض ’’علماء‘‘ تو آپ کو اسلام کا ’’سچا مجاہد‘‘ بھی قرار دیتے ہیں ، پھر یہ حیلے، بہانے، یوٹرن، بات سے پھرنا،یوں ہی پلٹ جانا، یہ آپ کو زیب تو نہیں دیتا!یا تو دعوؤں سے پہلے بازوؤں میں دم ماپ لیتے یا پھر چپ ہی سادھ لیتے...’’غیر اسلامی دستاویز‘‘کے تحت مکالمے کے لئے تو آپ تیار تھے نہیں مگر ’’غیر اسلامی طریقے‘‘ سے جنگ بندی آپ نے فوراً کر دی...اور بھیا! معذرت کیساتھ یہ نہ کہئے کہ ’’علماء کی اپیل پر ہم نے یہ قدم اُٹھایا ہے‘‘... کیونکہ ... علماء تو گزشتہ کئی برسوں سے بالعموم اور کئی ہفتوں سے بالخصوص ’’اللہ اور اُس کے رسول ﷺ‘‘ کے نام پر ہتھیار پھینکنے اور جنگ روکنے کی التجائیں کررہے تھے جن میں وہ نیک سیرت حضرت مولانا شیر علی شاہ صاحب بھی شامل ہیں جو سب ہی کے لئے لائق احترام و تعظیم ہیں...اُن کے خُلوص کی ایک جھلک آج بھی میرے دل کے ایک گوشے میں محفو ظ ہے۔ یہ غالباً 2008ء کی بات ہے جب میں وزارت اور اپنی سیاسی جماعت دونوں ہی کو ’’تیاگ‘‘ چکا تھااور اِسی دوران کراچی کے ایک مقامی ہوٹل میں ’’مجلسِ صوتُ الاسلام‘‘ کے زیراہتمام ’’یوم فاروقِ اعظمؓ‘‘ کی ایک روح پرور محفل کا انعقاد ہوا اور وہاں میری تقریر سننے کے بعد اُنہوں نے اشک بار آنکھوں سے مجھ جیسے جاہل کے لئے یہ دعا فرمائی کہ ’’یااللہ! اِس کے دل میں اِس محبت کو ہمیشہ زندہ اور اِسے اپنی راہ میں لگائے رکھنا‘‘ اور مجلس والوں سے کہا کہ ’’اِس تقریر کو عام کر دیا جائے کیونکہ سیدنا فاروقِ اعظمؓ پر اِس سے اچھی گفتگو میں نے نہیں سنی‘‘۔ افسوس ! کہ آپ نے تو اِس بزرگ ہستی کی جانب سے بار بار کی جانے والی اپیلوں پر بھی کان نہیں دھرا اور اب جب کہ شکست قریب نظر آرہی تھی،ہاتھ پاؤں پھولنے لگے تھے اور فرار کے تمام راستے مسدود ہوچکے تھے تو آپ نے’’جنگ بندی‘‘ کا پَتّہ پھینک دیا...سچے مسلمان کو یہ زیبا نہیں کہ اِدھر اُدھر سے بہانے تراش کر ’’جہاد‘‘ سے واپس پلٹنے کی راہیں تلاش کرے...یا پھر صاف صاف کہئے کہ ’’پاک فضائیہ کے حملوں کے باعث آپ کا شدید نقصان ہورہاہے جس نے آپ کو مجبور کردیا ہے کہ ’’سانس لینے کا وقفہ‘‘ مانگ لیا جائے‘‘ اور چونکہ جنگ کے دوران یہ ممکن نہیں ہے کہ کوئی فریق کسی دوسرے فریق کی ایسی کوئی بھی خواہش پوری کرے لہٰذا یکطرفہ ’’سیز فائر‘‘ ہی اِس کا بہترین حل تھا جو آپ نے اختیار کرلیا...یقیناً ازسرنو اپنے آپ کو منظم کرنے کے لئے ایک مہینہ کافی ہے ،بلاشبہ30دن اتنے ہیں کہ آپ پھر سے تازہ دَم ہوکر پاکستان سے بِھڑ جائیں اور اِس کے لئے جواز تلاش کرنا مشکل نہیں ہوگا...کہہ دیا جائے گا ’’ہم نے تو چاہا تھا مگر بات نہیں بن سکی ،حکومت کا رویہ غیر لچکدار اور جارحانہ تھا، فوج اور حکومت ایک صفحے پر نہیں تھے ،ہماری طرف سے امن کی خواہش کے باوجود دوسری جانب سے نیک نیتی کا مظاہرہ نہیں کیا گیا یا یوں کہ امن کی خواہش کو ہماری کمزوری سمجھا گیا، شریعت کے نفاذ سے انکار کردیاگیا وغیرہ وغیرہ !! آپ کے ’’حامی علماء‘‘ تو آپ سے پوچھیں گے نہیں لیکن علمائے حق کو آپ سے یہ سوال ضرور کرنا چاہئے کہ جب آئین ہی کے دائرہ کار میں رہتے ہوئے بالآخر مذاکرات پر آمادگی اختیار کرنا تھی تو یہ’’ بڑبڑانے‘‘ کی ضرورت ہی کیوں پیش آئی کہ ’’پاکستانی آئین میں ایک شق بھی اسلامی نہیں ہے اور اِسی وجہ سے ہم اِس کو نہیں مانتے‘‘...اب کس کو مانتے ہو بھائی؟اور اب یہ سمجھ کہاں سے آئی؟...سچ تو یہ ہے کہ انجانا خوف سامنے تھا،قوم یکسو ہو کر اپنی افواج کے پیچھے کھڑی تھی،کامیاب فضائی حملوں نے کمر توڑنا شروع کردی تھی کہ اچانک جہاد کا نام لینے والوں نے بلکہ یوں کہوں تو زیادہ مناسب ہوگا کہ جہاد جیسے عظیم فریضے کو بدنام کرنے والوں نے پیٹھ دکھادی،پسپائی اختیار کرلی،گھٹنے ٹیک دیئے ...ذبح کرنے والوں کے دل یکایک ’’نرم‘‘ ہوگئے... جنونیوں کو ایک لمحے میں ہی امن سے پیار ہوگیا،وہ آئین جو کل تک بوسیدہ،بے کار اور غیر اسلامی تھا نہ جانے راتوں رات مقدس، پاکیزہ اور اسلامی کیسے بن گیا؟ سب ڈھونگ ہے صاحب!کچھ پَل کے لئے سانس لینے کا ایک بہانہ ہے، انسانی گردنوں سے فٹ بال کھیل کر ’’احسنِ تقویم‘‘ کی گستاخی کرنے والوں سے خیر کی توقع عبث ہے...اِن کے اِس حال کو ’’چال‘‘ ہی سمجھا جائے توبہتر ہوگا، اُمیدیں نہ باندھی جائیں،سپنے نہ دیکھے جائیں،اطمینان کے گھر پر اب بھی تالا لگا ہوا ہے جس کی چابی صرف اور صرف قانون کی حکمرانی ہے جس کے قیام کے بغیر امن کی تمام کوششیں اُدھوری اور اپاہج ہی کہلائیں گی...کچھ یار دوست آج مجھ سے ناراض بھی ہوں گے اور شاید سیخ پا ہو کر توازن کھو بیٹھیں اور اول فول اقوال کی نئی کتاب مارکیٹ میں لے آئیں...مگر...میں افواجِ پاکستان کی ہمت کو پست کرنے والوں میں سے نہیں...دنیا میں کہیں ایسا نہیں ہوتا جو پاکستان میں ہونے جارہا ہے...دشمن نے پہلے جنگ کی حامی بھری،اپنے خلاف آپریشن کے ’’شاندار نتیجوں‘‘ سے خبردار رہنے کا عندیہ دیا، باقاعدہ لڑنے کا اعلان کیا۔ شہریوں اور فوجیوں پرچھپ کر بزدلانہ حملے کئے، اللہ اور اُس کے رسول ﷺ کے انتہائی مقدس و محترم ناموں کو اپنی لڑائی میں معاذ اللہ استعمال کیا اور جب شکست سامنے نظر آنے لگی تو مذاکرات کا سفید پرچم لہرادیا۔ ہونا تو یہ چاہئے تھا کہ پہلے اِنہیں مکمل زیر کیا جاتا ،ہتھیار چھین کر اِنہیں نہتاکرنے کے بعد اِن سے قانون کی شرائط پر گفتگو کی جاتی اور پھر قوم کے سامنے اِن کی اپیل، حکومت کی رائے اور قوم سے سوال رکھا جاتا...ممکن ہے کہ ہزاروں پیاروں کی نعشوں کو سپردِ خاک کرنے والی قوم اِنہیں معاف بھی کردیتی لیکن یہاں تو یہ موقع آنے سے پہلے ہی ’’موقع پرستی‘‘ نے جگہ بنالی...اب عوام تیار رہیں...کَل سے پھرایک ’’نیا ڈرامہ‘‘ شروع ہونے جارہا ہے جسے اگر ’’مذاکرات سیزن2‘‘کا نام دیا جائے تو کہنے اور سننے میں یقیناً اچھا لگے گا...حالانکہ سیزن2کا انحصار ہی سیزن 1کی کامیابی پر ہوتا ہے مگر چونکہ یہاں سارے طریقے ہی عجیب ہیں اِس لئے سیزن2کی آمد بھی کوئی اچنبھا نہیں!پھر سے ’’ٹیبلیں‘‘ سجیں گی،نئی شرطیں اور طولانی غرضیں سامنے آئیں گی...وقتاً فوقتاً ’’خوش خبریوں‘‘ کی گھنٹیاں بھی ایک مخصوص عرصے کے لئے سماعتوں میں ’’عرفانی رَس‘‘ ضرور گھولیں گی اور شاید ’’گھلتے مٹتے‘‘ عوام کچھ دیر کے لئے خوش بھی ہوجائیں مگر گول مال1کی کامیابی کے بعد گول مال2بنائی ہی اِسی لئے جارہی ہے تاکہ جلد ہی گول مال3کی تیاری شروع کی جاسکے۔ میاں صاحب سے جو توقعات وابستہ تھیں الحمدللہ اُنہوں نے ویسا ہی کردکھایا ہے اور چوہدری نثار صاحب کے تو کہنے ہی کیا ہیں،اُنہوں نے لفظ ’’نثار‘‘ کی خوب لاج رکھی ہے،اِس کی لُغوی،لفظی اور معنوی شرح کو اُنہوں نے اپنے عمل سے ثابت کردکھایا ہے ...مجھے تو یہ ’’خوشبو‘‘ دوستانہ کرکٹ میچ کی دعوت سے ہی آگئی تھی...تو پھر سلام اُن جوانوں پر اور آفرین اُن شہریوں پر جو خاموشی سے اپنے وطن پر نثار ہورہے ہیں اورسلامِ عظیم اُن پہلے سے ’’نثاروں‘‘ پر جو اِک لفظ کہے بنا ہی ٹی ٹی پی پر’’ نثار‘‘ ہوگئے…!!! : Martyrdom of FC men a question mark on talks: Mufti Munib and talks cannot go hand in hand, Ulema opine i’s ‘’ @AamirLiaquat Tuesday, February 18, 2014 RAWALPINDI: Expressing grief over the martyrdom of FC personnel during the ongoing peace process, Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Chairman and Mufti-e-Azam Pakistan Mufti Munibur Rehman has said that in the time when the nation is looking for peace, such an incident left a question mark over talks. He said the government had shown its non-seriousness as it did not take all schools of thought into confidence prior to the talks. Talking to Dr Amir Liaquat Hussain in ‘Aalim Online’, the chief of Madaaris Ahl-e-Sunnat Pakistan said the government had ignored several schools of thought before issuing a call for All-Party Conference and thus had proved that the negotiation process was false. “There are several groups of Taliban. Some of them are not participating in the talks and are busy in their militant activities. If the nation does not unite and doesn’t come up with a joint strategy, peace cannot be achieved,” he noted. Terming drone attacks against the country’s sovereignty, he opined that the government was responsible for these strikes because the government did not clarify till to date that on which conditions we decided to assist the US in the war against terrorism. Central Jamiat Ahl-e-Hadith Karachi’s Ameer Abu Insha Qari Khalil-ur-Rehman Javed said that continuous terrorist bids despite the ongoing talks’ process showed disinterest of the parties involved. He said that former President Pervez Musharraf was responsible for whatever bad was happening nowadays. “Due to his wrong policies, the country was hurt extremely,” he remarked, and appealed to all the parties that they should agree to ceasefire in the name of Allah and the Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) and should give up murdering one another. During an online talk with Dr Amir Liaquat Hussain, Majlis-e-Wahdat-ul-Muslimeen Pakistan’s Spokesperson Allama Hassan Zafar Naqvi said that the talks’ process was not between two opponents but between two friendly groups. He said that it was meaningless to talk with those who termed the Constitution un-Islamic. He commented that the law of “might is right” was in vogue in the country and the use of weapons for stressing upon one’s point would sabotage the talks. Grieving upon the martyrdom of FC personnel, Dr Amir Liaquat Hussain said that the incident held back the negotiations, which was bad news for the nation. He was of the view that the announcement of ceasefire was expected within the 24 hours, but the incident could be a conspiracy for sabotaging the talks. مقامی اخبار کے خلاف جہانگیر صدیقی اور جے ایس بنک کی درخواست، سندھ ہائیکورٹ نے مدعا علیہان سے ایک ہفتے میں جواب طلب کرلیا کراچی (اسٹاف رپورٹر) سندھ ہائیکورٹ کے جسٹس عزیزالرحمٰن پر مشتمل بنچ نے جہانگیر صدیقی اور جے ایس بنک کے خلاف من گھڑت، بے بنیاد اور جھوٹی خبریں شائع کرنے پر مقامی اخبار (امت پبلیکیشن) پرنٹر و پبلشر (رفیق افغان) کے خلاف دائر درخواست کی سماعت کرتے ہوئے مدعا علیہان کو درخواست و دیگر دستاویزات کی نقول فراہم کرنے کے احکامات جاری کردیئے ہیں اور مدعا علیہان سے ایک ہفتے میں جواب طلب کرلیا ہے۔ منگل کو سماعت کے موقع پر امت پبلیکیشن اور رفیق افغان کے وکیل خواجہ نوید احمد عدالت کے روبرو پیش ہوئے اور موقف اختیار کیا کہ انہیں درخواست اور دیگر دستاویزات کی نقول نہیں ملیں، لہٰذا انہیں نقول فراہم کی جائیں جس پر عدالت نے حکم دیا کہ مدعا علیہان کو نقول دی جائیں اور وہ ایک ہفتہ میں جواب داخل کریں۔ قبل ازیں درخواست گزاران جہانگیر صدیقی اور جے ایس بنک نے امت پبلیکیشن اور پرنٹر و پبلشر رفیق افغان کو فریق بناتے ہوئے موقف اختیار کیا کہ درخواست گزاران کاروباری لین دین میں اچھی ساکھ رکھتے ہیں مگر کچھ عرصہ سے مدعا علیہان نے ان کے اور ان کے کاروبار سے منسلک افراد کے خلاف من گھڑت مہم کا آغاز کررکھا ہے جس میں ان کے خلاف بے بنیاد، جھوٹی اور من گھڑت خبریں شائع کی جارہی ہیں۔ اس بدنیتی پر مبنی مہم کے خلاف درخواست گزاران نے مدعا علیہان سے رابطہ کیا اور ان بے بنیاد خبروں کی تردید بھیجیں مگر مقامی اخبار نے ان کی کسی تردید کو بھی شائع نہیں کیا۔ اس کے علاوہ درخواست گزاران نے مدعا علیہان کو ای میل، ٹیلیفون اور دیگر ذرائع سے رابطہ کرکے اپنا موقف پیش کیا مگر مدعا علیہان نے درخواست گزاران کا موقف نہیں شائع کیا۔ اس جھوٹی اور بدنیتی پر مبنی مہم سے درخواست گزاران کی شہرت کو شدید نقصان پہنچ رہا ہے اور مالی نقصان کے علاوہ ذہنی اذیت کا باعث بھی ہے۔ لہٰذا مدعا علیہان کو حکم دیا کہ درخواست گزاران کی شہرت اور کاروبار کو نقصان پہنچانے پر 10 ارب ادا کئے جائیں اور مدعا علیہان کو درخواست گزاران کے خلاف بے بنیاد، جھوٹی، من گھڑت خبریں شائع کرنے سے روکا جائے۔ گذشتہ سماعت کے موقع پر عدالت نے درخواست کی سماعت کرتے ہوئے مدعا علیہان کو درخواست گزاران کے خلاف من گھڑت، جھوٹی اور بے بنیاد خبریں شائع کرنے سے روک دیا تھا۔

ڈی ایچ اے میں فلاحی پلاٹوں پرعقیل کریم ڈھیڈی کے تعمیری پروجیکٹ کے خلاف مقدمہ،مدعا علیہان کے وکلاء کی عدم حاضری کے باعث 27 فروری تک ملتوی کراچی( اسٹاف رپورٹر) عقیل کریم ڈھیڈی کو فلاحی پلاٹوں کی الاٹمنٹ کے خلاف مقدمہ کی سماعت مدعا علیہان کے وکلاء کی عدم حاضری کے باعث 27 فروری کیلئے ملتوی کر دی گئی۔ سندھ ہائی کورٹ کے جسٹس محمد شفیع صدیقی نے سماعت کی ، مدعی کے وکیل بیرسٹر صلاح الدین عدالت میں موجود تھے، گزشتہ سماعت میں عقیل کریم ڈھیڈی کو ڈیفنس فیز 8 خیابان شاہین کی اوریجنل لیز عدالت عالیہ کے حکم پر پیش کی گئی تھی جس پر مدعی کے وکیل نے اعتراض کرتے ہوئے فاضل عدالت کو بتایا تھا کہ ان کو یہ ساری چیزیں متعلقہ افسر کے حلفنامہ کے ساتھ جمع کرانی تھیں اور حلفنامہ جمع کرانے سے یہ شاید اس لئے کترا رہے ہیں کہ اب بھی یہ غلط بیانی سے کام لے رہے ہیں جس پر عدالت نے انہیں اپنی اسٹیٹمنٹ واپس لینے اور اسے حلفنامے کے ہمراہ جمع کرانیکا حکم دیا تھا۔ تفصیلات کے مطابق ڈیفنس کے رہائشی زاہد اللہ خان نے دائر مقدمے میں ڈیفنس ہائوسنگ اتھارٹی ، کریک ڈیویلپرز، بی ایف پراپرٹی اینڈ کنسٹرکشن اور اے کے ڈی لمیٹڈ کو فریق بناتے ہوئے موقف اختیار کیا تھا کہ ڈیفنس فیز 8 میں فلاحی پلاٹوں پر کمرشل تعمیرات کی جارہی ہیں جس پر ہائیکورٹ نے مذکورہ پروجیکٹس کو روک دیا تھا، تاوقتیکہ ڈی ایچ اے یہ ثابت کر دے کہ مذکورہ زمین فلاحی پلاٹوں کیلئے مختتص نہیں ہے ، دائر مقدمے میں مذکورہ پروجیکٹس پر اعتراضات اٹھاتے ہوئے کہا گیا تھا کہ ڈی ایچ اے نے وفاقی حکومت کی اجازت کے بغیر ان پروجیکٹس کو شروع کرنے کی اجازت دی جبکہ مذکورہ 43 ایکڑ اراضی فلاحی مقاصد یعنی اسکول، پارک، قبرستان اور سیوریج ٹریٹمنٹ پلانٹ کیئے مخصوص ہے اور اسے فروخت، الاٹ یا ٹرانسفر نہیں کیا جا سکتا، مگر اس پر کمرشل تعمیرات کی جارہی ہیں، اس کے علاوہ مذکورہ پروجیکٹ کے حوالے سے بولی کا عمل مشکوک اور غیر شفاف تھا جس میں سندھ پبلک پروکیورمنٹ ریگولیٹری اتھارٹی ( ایس پی پی آر اے ) کے قواعد کی بھی خلاف ورزی کی گئی۔ مقدمے میں ایک اہم اعتراض یہ بھی کیا گیا کہ عقیل کریم ڈھیڈھی اسٹاک مارکیٹ اور سرمایہ کاری کے کاروبار سے وابستہ ہے اور اسے ریئل اسٹیٹ کی تعمیرات کا کوئی تجربہ نہیں ہے ۔ لہٰذا اس نے جوڑ توڑ اور ساز باز کرکے کنٹریکٹ حاصل کیا، پروجیکٹ میں تیکنیکی ماہر کی شمولیت بڈ کا حصہ تھی مگر اس پروجیکٹ کو تیکنیکی کنسلٹنٹ کے بغیر چلایا جارہا ہے جس کے باعث پروجیکٹ کی سیفٹی کو خطرات لاحق ہوگئے ہیں۔ فلاحی مقاصد کیلئے مختص زمین پر شروع کیا جانے والا یہ پروجیکٹ غیر قانونی ہے اور اسے کسی اور مقصد کیلئے استعمال نہیں کیا جا سکتا۔ لہٰذا اسے منسوخ کرتے ہوئے سائٹ پر کی گئی تعمیرات کو مسمار کیا جائے اور مدعا علیہان کو اس پروجیکٹ میں سرمایہ کاری اور تعمیرات سے باز رکھا جائے جس پر عدالت نے حکم امتناع جاری کرتے ہوئے پروجیکٹ کی اوریجنل لیز طلب کرلی تھی، بعدازاں اوریجنل لیز اور نقشے بغیر حلف نامے کے پیش کرنے پر مدعی کے وکیل نے اعتراض کیا تھا جس پر عدالت نے مذکورہ دستاویزات حلف نامے کے ہمراہ جمع کرانے کی ہدایت کی تھی، 18 فروری کو وکلا ئے صفائی کی عدم حاضری پر عدالت نے سماعت 27 فروری کیلئے ملتوی کر دی۔

He said the government had shown its non-seriousness as it did not take all schools of thought into confidence prior to the talks. Talking to Dr Amir Liaquat Hussain in ‘Aalim Online’, the chief of Madaaris Ahl-e-Sunnat Pakistan said the government had ignored several schools of thought before issuing a call for All-Party Conference and thus had proved that the negotiation process was false. “There are several groups of Taliban. Some of them are not participating in the talks and are busy in their militant activities. If the nation does not unite and doesn’t come up with a joint strategy, peace cannot be achieved,” he noted. Terming drone attacks against the country’s sovereignty, he opined that the government was responsible for these strikes because the government did not clarify till to date that on which conditions we decided to assist the US in the war against terrorism. Central Jamiat Ahl-e-Hadith Karachi’s Ameer Abu Insha Qari Khalil-ur-Rehman Javed said that continuous terrorist bids despite the ongoing talks’ process showed disinterest of the parties involved. He said that former President Pervez Musharraf was responsible for whatever bad was happening nowadays. “Due to his wrong policies, the country was hurt extremely,” he remarked, and appealed to all the parties that they should agree to ceasefire in the name of Allah and the Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) and should give up murdering one another. During an online talk with Dr Amir Liaquat Hussain, Majlis-e-Wahdat-ul-Muslimeen Pakistan’s Spokesperson Allama Hassan Zafar Naqvi said that the talks’ process was not between two opponents but between two friendly groups. He said that it was meaningless to talk with those who termed the Constitution un-Islamic. He commented that the law of “might is right” was in vogue in the country and the use of weapons for stressing upon one’s point would sabotage the talks. Grieving upon the martyrdom of FC personnel, Dr Amir Liaquat Hussain said that the incident held back the negotiations, which was bad news for the nation. He was of the view that the announcement of ceasefire was expected within the 24 hours, but the incident could be a conspiracy for sabotaging the talks. He said that the scenario showed that some of the groups were not focusing on talks and were busy in anti-talk activities.
