i wish DC would adopt jack. marvel have no idea what to do with this dude, which is just too bad. i love his gimmick! besides he has an interesting 'ghostface syndrome' aka there was at least from 5 to idk, 9 different people, who wore this outfit. most (all?) of them are dead or kind of dead...? it's pretty confussing. i just know, that one of them had a cat n' some other one flew around on a broomstick. n' then there was kind of the gang of them, all dressed the same...? in the most recent comics, i think at least.

anyhow, i wanted to draw the pumpkin lad n' rework him a bit, this is the result! jon has a scary, halloween-themed friend now! i feel like old comics version of scarecrow would get along with jack the best, since that era's crane is pretty much off his rocker lol. they can go around and kill off people, who wronged them. it was sort of a theme for one of the early versions of jack as well.

My Two-Face brainrot has reached Stage 4 now. I was going through my old Chinese idiom textbook when the idiom 唇亡齒寒 (literally: "Without the lips, the teeth are cold", figuratively: "inextricably linked/dependent, share a common fate") popped up, and instead of normal person thoughts, the first thing which came to my brain was how cold Harv's acid-scarred teeth might be being exposed to the open air all the time.

Mental illness is eating me alive lately so I’m alternating by trying to ignore it with replaying Fallout 4 and angst-vibing about my ridiculously ambitious plans for Harvey/Gilda fic by listening to Poe’s “This Road” from Alan Wake 2 on a loop. As one does.
