The book can be bought through standard bookselling shops like Amazon.com, Barnes and Noble and Borders. This is great because doing so can help the book gain legitimacy. This makes it a lot easier to have confidence in as well because you won't have to worry about an affiliate inflating the review to make sure that you buy the book even if they know that the book won't be helpful. This guide was written by Travis Stork. You probably recognize him as one of the doctors from the syndicated show "The Doctors" in addition to a reality contestant on "The Bachelor." Obviously, however, he's more than a tv personality. He is a genuine physician who works in an emergency room at a reputable hospital.
Dr. Stork uses the book to market his Pick 3 to Lean program. The Pick 3 to Lean plan makes it possible to customize your diet and lifestyle habits but will not require you to spend hours and hours working out a gym. The plan promises to help you shed pounds without having to give up any of the things you love-food, free time, etc. The strategy is focused on the N.E.A.T (or Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) theory. This theory states that it is possible to burn off calories without having to work out.
From what we read, this book makes a lot of nice promises but does not offer up any new or particularly revelation-worthy information. In fact, most of the advice present in this book can be found through a few simple Google searches and basic common sense. It will likely be very disappointing for those who were searching for a real reason behind the directions the book gives. The book doesn't search into theory very much. The readers are only given some outlines and strategies and told to follow along. This is a great book for someone who likes being given instructions but doesn't like to bother about why the instructions are given.
Traditional common sense tells us that the only real way to lose weight is to take in good food and get regular exercise. This book isn't going to use that common logic so there isn't a real way to tell whether or not it will work the way the marketing promises it will. Of course, it's definitely worth a look, particularly if you get permission from your doctor (your own doctor, not the doctor who wrote the book).

Commonly affecting the skin condition of people between ages 12 to 24 is a disease called acne. The cause of acne is hard to determine. Acne can strike any skin type. An oily skin type is most susceptible to acne. Dry skin, on the other hand, may not be as susceptible but serious outbreaks may occur during winter. Normal skin is equally susceptible to acne but the level of severity may not be as high. Presently, acne is not yet totally curable but can be remedied with several acne skin care methods. Many seek the help of topical medications, which are applied on the surface of the skin. However, employing the use of acne skincare products like “pore strip pads” may remove whiteheads and blackheads but they would not have any effect on the excess sebum produced. Use topical cleansing pads that may contain one or the combination of the following: salicylic acid, sulfur, and benzoyl peroxide to remove excess oil. Another way to minimize the presence of extra oil in the skin is to wash the face with the hottest water you can withstand. 6. Minimize the use of harsh cleansers and use acne skincare items that exfoliate mildly. Do not scrub vigorously to the affected areas. 7. If your hands are dirty, refrain from touching your face. 8. If you have long hair, tie up your hair so that it is kept away from the face. This is especially so if the weather is hot and you have been perspiring. Preventative acne skincare steps are just as important as the treatment of acne itself. With prevention, at least, you know how to ensure that your acne problem does not escalate and spread to a bigger infected area.
