The last of my current batch of Roll for Doodle episodes. I really enjoyed working on this one because I've always had a soft spot for Nancy Drew. I used to read the books a ton as a kid until our local library stopped stocking them. I've since begun collecting some of them, though this piece was specifically made in reference to the Her Interactive game (an original story based on the ND brand rather than on one of the original books). A couple people, despite my best attempts still have funky looking eyes (I'm looking at you Ned and George), but I can accept that.

It annoys me that Nancy is willing to ask Jamila this question in TMB but in MED Nancy has no conversation with Sonny about how they’ve been to the same places. I know this complaint is voiced a lot but COME ON, they couldn’t have included like 2 lines of dialogue? Why would she mention it here and not in MED? At least in SPY they kind of mentioned that she’d encountered Samatha Quick before. Gah.

I realized this by responding to another post… we haven’t seen Bess and George or HEARD from them since the Shattered Medallion. and I know everything is wonky because how long it was for mid and how long it’s been since mid but…..where are my girls??????????

Listen I love the Hardy boys but tbh I kinda didn’t like how they were written in MID and I’m worried to have them back😭

- Will we have Frank and Joe as phone contacts?

- If so, will they bring up the Hardy-Drew Detective Agency again? (Bold bc this is VERY important lol)

- Any references to Deirdre? (I doubt she'll be a phone character but one can hope... I think I'll miss her tbh).
