(I admit, I have no tablet, I have no plan (Yet), and my efforts upon the internet have been thrusted onto my main blog being how my creativity seems to be sucked by exhaustion -_- None the less, 2024 is upon us and we all know I am a fan of transitions. I want to wish and beg for all the peace and courage for all of you, being how despair is a deadly sin I guess. Thank you for vibing with me on this blog, and I hope to bring joy in 2024, Happy New Year.

Day 5: Nature - garden | inheritance | fairies Among the foliage of the paradisia gardens of Hearts works a king of Hearts and a diamond, picking the August harvest full of guava, figs and tomatoes. Talk for today is about the Joker's quest, which is by. now alarmingly obvious despite the reason not being made known. A lot of gossip grows from such mysteries. A king who got to happily watch from the side is willing to oblige...in his own carefree but accurate way, making the Joker's desperation for answers seem comically overdramatic for the listening and now confused Diamond, who is in the right to act as they do? Why does the King of Hearts carry such a light air, and the Joker who loves spades fret so hauntingly? The king of Hearts later gets an earful for suggesting the Diamond and he trade places. Afterall Spades is getting a new king why not Hearts follow? It comes with all his stuff, a great deal yeah? (Two more days to do. Hope I can get em all done.) How many sorts of fairies do you suppose the Hearts Kingdom have?

Day 3: Conflict - forbidden love | espionage | duel The Jack of Spades is hitting the books for the bizarre and frankly unwelcomed turn of events whilst the Joker takes to the land in pursuit to investigate every kingdom. Off-screen accruing a member of clubs of all people, weird and totally not related to future events sure sure. In his travels, he royally infuriates the Queen and almost did not make it out and accomplish the fruit run, the real reason to visit Hearts. Visiting clubs there is a challenger waiting in hopes to play the game of harvest. Should Joker win, she would be open to clear all doubts of the day. In Diamonds, things took a turn for the intense, as a Diamond member had enough of Joker's suspicious nature and questions. Instead, this diamond chooses to dual for the sake of pure pent-up frustration and the desire to tip the scales so this suspicious person no longer feels like a threat. They were both quite motivated...had fruit not arrived. Who needs to dual when one has mellon dew. His day ends with the first of many letters, gifts, and well wishes from clubs.

No Cardverse update today 💔

Eh heh, got home late and sat to get the final panels lined for Day three...and my pen is disabled. I think it has to do with a computer update, one of those two-hour types with cool names I can't be bothered to remember. Officially a day behind.

Have an image of the King of Hearts. This was drawn for a completely different au, but when I pulled this from my files, I saw he was rocking the theme of hearts. My guy even has a diamond. So here is a cartoon villain er...villainously standing in for the King King of hearts: Persian Empire. His domain is in the heart of the land. A king of the people and cultivator of flora beauties. His palace host the royal paradicia gardens, filled with delights for every season, especially fruits of the heart. His days are spent making everything he puts his mind to as luxurious as possible, talking about horses and being spoiled for the king of diamonds company. Fact: This world of card verse does not demand the king and queen of like kingdoms to marry. I cannot imagine with this bunch they would be very cooperative anyhow. With Authur as Queen. Hearts has a ruler who manages the policies and rules, though sometimes they are just as confusing as the land itself, which is notorious for being overwhelming and challenging to navigate.

Day 2: Jokers - curse | spirits/hauntings | escape Party favors are splurged after the coronation, now that everyone has returned to the kingdoms in which they work. Two Spade residents cheerfully talk about the splendor of the party, the right-hand man of the ruler of Spades (King, queen, she claims both, and no one cares to question it) Goes on about all the people he met while he pokes at his companion on why he hardly saw him. Offered an explanation that speaks of a vague past, one which roots in clubs but with little memory, only mementos. A lonely past but one that leads to a wonderful present. The past does not sleep quietly. However, the spirit of the land awakens, frightfully so, as a haze of energy overtakes the balcony, the voices of a collective long dead, now speaking up about their choice for the future. These ghosts alarm the new future king. Likewise, the Joker, who could suppress his 'curse' all these years, finds himself activated in the noise of a surprise decree. Wasting no time, the haunt must be disrupted. There is no joy in this revelation. The Spade ruler is beloved. It would break a million hearts if something was to happen to her. With the Joker revealed and the to-be king determined to preserve the peace. They each take on a mission, one will scour history for scenarios and the other will seek any who may have encouraged the spirits of Spade to choose suddenly a King. (I did this during a typhoon, people who make stuff like this are awesome.)
