The Italian Jojo's sticker books has some… Special pictures of Caesar Squiggy and Jammer! Could that mean that our Italian friends never had those figures?
Always funny to discover odd Jojo's stuff like that!

Happy Halloween !
Jojo's never came in glowies, a misfortune I had to fix!

This time I tried to mix two epoxy cups, one filled with green dye, one with red. My main goal was to achieve a swirled jelly of some sort.
I pulled the two cups by the two holes of the molds to mix the resins, yet as you can see the green epoxy sank and the red one stayed on top. Those Jojo's looks a lot like candies I had as a child!

Trying some more casts with a bit of dye (for the transparent) and a bit of paint (opaques). The results are a bit messy at places, but overall I'm starting to make convincing figures.

I've been practicing lately on resin casting, by making six silicon molds of some Jojo's. These are not meant to be knockoff as I don't want to match the official colors, but I'd like to get some original and cool looking gradients and transparent mix.
Polystyrene resin isn't really working for me. I tried multiple batches by being as precise as I could on the quantities, yet the resin doesn't really cure, and figures are loosing details over time.
However, Epoxy looks very nice and clean. My molds aren't that bad, yet I have a bit of trouble detaching those "legs", leaving cut marks and even some bubbles.

This is my first try to make resin replicas of some Jojo's. After watching a lot of YouTube videos, time came to try on my own. This two-part mold hasn't been a success, as even with lubricant, the two parts ended merging with each other. The result is far from perfect.
