very questionable atypical dysphoria culture is "why the FUCK do i have the phantom clothes feeling and why the FUCK is it always THAT uniform" and then feeling god awful for the next 10 minutes
I hope that you are able to get into a spot where you are able to make sure that what I can assume to be is under control. The dysphoria related to those type of things are not you. You are loved and we are all here to support you. - 📯

Atypical Dysphoria culture is not wanting your pinkies because you're hand looks so wrong with them, but not knowing if it's because of possible BIID or if it's delusional-based dysphoria

Hii this is a question! Is feeling like you should have a mental disorder that you dont have count as atypical dysphoria? Also how would someone go about handling that in a way that wouldn't hurt people that have that disorder? ( I mean this respectfully, as someone questioning things. ^-^ )
Yes, it would be. Something I would suggest is scrolling through the tags of said disorder or joining a group for it as an ally. Immersing yourself in that community might help. Just remember not to claim to have said disorder.

Plurality is all /kinds/ of atypical dysphoria:
Some of us can't even look in the mirror without being weirded out and/or distressed: We don't have the canine ears or tail that some us have, some of us perceive themselves as a different ethnicity than the body, most of us don't match the body's gender, quite a few aren't even human.
Sorry if this reads somewhat vent-y /gen

Atypical dysphoria (racial variant in specifics here) + possible Moral OCD culture is feeling so, so ashamed over it. I shouldn't want this, I'm a horrible person for this, I'm disgusting, and I don't deserve what I have in life.
And don't get me started on the other atyp dysphorias I experience...
I wanna first off say you shouldn't feel ashamed over something that is not in your control. But I can understand having a dysphoria that can be viewed down on.
But the main thing you need to remember is that it's how you deal with the dysphoria. A good list of things you can do is this(link) post. Please stay safe and please stay mindful! -📯

Atypical dysphoria culture is probably never coming out about it because everyone will think you’re radqueer, and you *really* don’t want that to happen (ew).

Atypical dysphoria culture is being pulled into the radqueer community so many times, and being ashamed that it took seeing that awful awful callout of those pro-cs to get you out. I’m just a little kid, I shouldn’t have to deal with this!
