ALWAYS keep egg whites & a variety of fruits in the house just in case you can’t prevent yourself from b!nging. fruit is low cal & filling, so b!nging on it isn’t that bad, & having a variety to choose from may satisfy the urge for different flavors / textures more quickly. egg whites are also low cal for a large amount. 2 nutrient-dense & filling options for when you feel a little out of control.
if you’re restr!cting / fast!ng a LOT, a b!nge is (unfortunately) inevitable eventually. harm reduction is key. if you can, DO NOT keep any b!nge foods in the house & only have low cal options at home just to be safe :)
& remember, if you do b!nge, it’s okay. it happens to all of us. what matters is getting back on track afterwards. focus on your future goals & everything you have already achieved instead of where you’ve fallen short.
Getting skinny in the summer is soooo easy. All of my favorite fruits are in season, getting full on water, staying active outside and sweating everything out, the heat killing my appetite. Ugh. I’m so ready for summer
