In Dungeons and Dragons there are two main types of dragon - chromatic dragons with colourful scales and evil natures, and metallic dragons with metal scales and good natures. Green dragons love intrigue and secrets, and rather than hoards of gold or jewels they particularly prize slaves and servants. Many green dragons have connections with the feywild, with their lairs full of corrupted vegetation.
