100 Reasons NOT To Kill Yourself
1. We would miss you. 2. It’s not worth the regret. Either by yourself if you failed or just simply left scars, or the regret everyone else feels by not doing enough to help you. 3. It does get better. Believe it or not it will eventually get better. Sometimes you have to go through the storm to get to the rainbow. 4. There’s so much you would miss out on doing. 5. There is always a reason to live. It might not be clear right now, but it is always there. 6. So many people care, and it would hurt them if you hurt yourself. 7. You ARE worth it. Don’t let anyone, especially yourself, tell you otherwise. 8. You are amazing. 9. A time will come, once you’ve battled the toughest times of your life and are in ease once again, where you will be so glad that you decided to keep on living. You will emerge stronger from this all, and won’t regret your choice to carry on with life. Because things always get better. 10. What about all the things you’ve always wanted to do? What about the things you’ve planned, but never got around to doing? You can’t do them when you’re dead. 11. I love you. Even if only one person loves you, that’s still a reason to stay alive. 12. You won’t be able to listen to music if you die. 13. Killing yourself is never worth it. You’ll hurt both yourself and all the people you care about. 14. There are so many people that would miss you, including me. 15. You’re preventing a future generation, YOUR KIDS, from even being born. 16. How do you think your family would feel? Would it improve their lives if you died? 17. You’re gorgeous, amazing, and to someone you are perfect. 18. Think about your favourite music artist, you’ll never hear their voice again… 19. Some of my friends and I were ranking our favorite VirtueMoir programs, bracket style, and I decided it might be fun/easier to rank them this way. I try to force myself to pick one and never choose the “I Like Both” or “No Opinion” options just to see what results I’ll get.
Original/Short Dances 2006-2018 Free Dances 2006-2018
I’ll be making more of these soon. You can also access these on my page. Let me know if you have suggesions and feel free to share your results with me!

Dream A Little Dream SD from 2014 Olympics. I love this program especially bc Scott is doing that cute Scott thing he does. I like how he always looks like he’s really enjoying the experience. I didn’t LOVE Seasons that year but this short dance is a fucking treasure.

Your abuser’s trauma does not justifiy them abusing you. Your abuser’s disability does not justify them abusing you. Your abuser’s gender does not justify them abusing you. Your abuser’s illness does not justify them abusing you.
For everyone that needs to hear this: there is nothing you could ever do that’s punishable by abuse, and there is NOTHING anyone could ever say to justify the abuse you experience(d).

All of this is spot on.
Do you even like Tessa and Scott? If you think they're fake and just manufacturing their relationship why are you even a fan?
this whole fandom is like…….fuckin illiterate i swear. when have i ever said they’re 100% fake or are wholly manufacturing their relationship? they’re selling a story but EVERYONE in figure skating does that. and its fine? its part of the game and they have to play it. they know what they’re fuckin doing. everyone knows what they’re fuckin doing - it’s not new…..except apparently to the four yr fans
but also lmao i am like so sick of four yr fans subtweeting me about this shit when they didnt even know what the fuck ice dance was two months ago. like i’m glad your youtube spiral into their cutest moments has left you feeling super empowered and enlightened about their relationship, but i have been a fan since 2008. i know what their deal is and i know what their modus operandi is because i’ve literally lived through it - and i definitely know more about it than your newborn ass does. i have been through no less than two psychotic breaks in fandom after the 2010 and 2014 olympics when everyone thought this was finally the time and they were LEGIT about to start dating FOR REAL. the first time resulted in shippers not being able to accept they were actually dating other people and creating a crackpot conspiracy where vm were secretly married and tessa was using her injury to hide a pregnancy. the second time resulted in tumblr shippers having nervous breakdowns over the fact scott’s girlfriend sat on a bus with him or went on a vacation with him. all credit to those 2014 fans tho - if you check their blogs now, their posts are significantly tempered and moderated to how they were a few years ago. they’ve learnt their lesson. and i suspect, the 2018 new fans will too.
as for whether i’m a fan of vm……um yeah?? but i’m a fan because i’m also a fan of skating. i think they’re superlative skaters with generational talent - i’m not just sticking around for the shipbaiting….which depending on my mood, i find v charming n cute or super fucking annoying. i am like so sick of this idea that just bc i criticize them from time to time that i’m a hater - like i criticize BECAUSE i’m a fan and love them dearly. only someone who didn’t actually give much of a shit about you would just praise you blindly

FYI, Scott Hamilton has a pretty good analysis of how the No Stars for Shows —> No Shows for Money —> No Money for Stars cycle came about. Spoiler: it’s all Jeff Gillooly’s fault. youtu(.)be/swpcf2gmgIw
That’s actually an interesting talk, but the title is very misleading, what he says is that the peak of the sport created a bubble with astronomical worth contracts (very similar to the high-tech industry) and the bubble had to burst. He also contributes it to the (true) fact that amateur skaters don’t really turn professional anymore - it’s like the chicken and the egg thing - they don’t turn pro since nothing is waiting for them there and nothing is waiting fort hem there because no one turns pro…
