“As for His failing you, never dream of it - hate the thought of it. The God who has been sufficient until now, should be trusted to the end.”
— Charles Spurgeon

-Words and Art by Amanda from Breathing Prayers on Instagram-
|Father, I want to be like David and place my full trust in your name.
.
.
I have seen your salvation in my life and I've seen what others rely one.
.
.
I want my confidence and security to be in your great name and character, not in what the world has to offer me. Not riches, fame or my own strength.
.
.
Help me to trust in you and all the ways you reveal your name to me.
.
.
My Father, Provider, Protector and Shield. My Strength and my Song. The One whom my soul loves. The God who sees. The Everlasting and Unchanging One.
.
.
I've make my choice. All of my trust is in the name of the Lord my God.
Psalms 21

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way, though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea, // Psalm 46:1-2 | From streamsofmercyshop on instagram

Hey Guys!! I’ve had a few people ask me about journaling in the She Reads Truth Bible! Let me just be honest... This Bible is beautiful and I’ve only just now started writing in it lol!!! Below is a few things that I’ve found so far!
I don’t really use my Bible as a “art journal” anymore I have two Bibles filled with art but recently I’ve been doing more canvas work... I’m just not really in that season anymore so instead I annotate! I like things minimalistic, the color coding method and the “Soul Script” just isn’t for me I gave it a try but what I found is even though I like color I like to stick to one color per page!
To write notes on the page I use the Muji Pens (I found mine on amazon) and to highlight I use Zebra Mild-liners which I’m a HUGE fan of(also found on amazon)! I also use note paper (Target Dollar Spot!!) and post it notes!!
I’m thinking of making a video soon about how I study the Bible, I don’t think it’s revolutionary by any means but it works for me! So let me know what you think!!!
