Hello netizens. Ara doesn't know I'm doing this so keep it on the hush hush, you plebians. This is King, or Yixing as some know me as. A fellow friend of Ara who has been AWOL from the RP community for many reasons.

Not long ago, Ara came to me, upset and distraught over what a select few have done and said to her. It astonished me that anyone would do ill upon Ara who is nothing but compassionate and sweet; one to never expect much out of others while giving 110% to them in return. She's a bit altruistic at times, but that is why I love her. But back to the topic at hand before I lose track of time explaining my love for this woman.

What happened to Ara should have never happened. Sure enough, disputes will come and go like rumors do. But to stigmatize and burn a scarlet letter onto a woman who merely expressed her opinion, stated her ground rules and asked others to respect them--should not have been demonized nor spoken badly of. Do not lie to yourself and say you wouldn't do the same. It's human nature, to want these things. They're essentials: freedom to speak one's opinion, respecting others and to be respected. Easy things to abide by. But as humans are, we are selfish creatures as well.

Don't lie to yourself and think you wouldn't tell others to flame the rumor mill. To get what you want at the expense of others. You are human, I will not begrudge you that.

But do not lie to yourself and think that it was okay to throw her under a bus for EXPRESSING. HER. OPINION.

This is the problem with the RP community. What I saw to be the problem for that matter and caused my disapperance. Tumblr as a whole, has this problem. Running blogs have become nothing but a chore, a popularity contest, a competition. When in the past it was all for fun and games, but has evolved into blury masks and blank faces, chess pieces if you will, unless you dig deeper to find the true gems. Now it's all about moving those chest pieces, stealing pieces and getting ahead. It's no longer about making friends, creating stories and ideas and turning them into physical things; words. It's no longer about that.

The very fact that this happened to her, or anyone, proves my point.

I won't stay longer than I have to, I merely wanted to express an opinion on this situation, as well tell those that know me that I have not died.

Do me a favor though. Respect one another. That is all I ask of you.

Don't let this happen again. To yourself, or to your friends, or to anyone in this community if you want it to thrive and survive.

People exist behind that screen you stare for hours at.

Hello! I am Mira, Ara’s friend! I am posting this message on Ara’s behalf!

I’m sorry for posting this on the Dash. I always wanted to keep my blog a positive place and so I bottled up everything inside. The one time I could no longer hold back, when I reached the point my hand would shake simply upon being on the Dash, I tried to put my own health first and did something. I got painted the antagonist for worrying about myself for once, but you know what that’s okay because I had made people uncomfortable I suppose I deserve it.

I tried I really did to keep people happy. But everything I did was always met with something negative, from the promo queues to the appreciation list. I kept on though but I am only human. I can only take so much from real life to the internet. I hope through my effort that I did make someone happy

And so I want to apologize to those I made uncomfortable but just let it be known as long as you followed me once upon a time I appreciated it. Thank you for everything.

From here on, this will strictly contain my opinion, however let me tell you something: I am incredibly angry the entire situation has reached this point. You have no idea how worried I was for Ara, today more than ever. I was during class when she messaged me ( mind you, the timezone between us is ridiculous. It was the night in her place, way over middle of the night when I received Ara’s message ) and here the middle of the day. Her message worried me, because it wasn’t the cheerful and bright Ara we all know. She has been way too affected, too harmed and her kindness taken advantaged of to the point she lost sleep. This isn’t fair. I have known Ara for a while, enough to know and vouch for her, to guarantee with my reputation, my image, heart and EVERYTHING for her. She is a very kind person, one of the most kindest ones from this site and is incredibly mindful of people’s feeling, but what does she get in return for trying to be positive and help everybody? Bullshit, this is what she gets. And what for? For silly reasons, when she is nothing but an ANGEL. Let’s be honest: Ara is one of the people on this site who does her best to help others if they need somebody even if she speaks to them on a daily basis or not; she tries a lot to help people, but when I see how she is repaid, how so many people take her kindness for granted and take ADVANTAGE of it, I feel so disgusted with this site, because Ara doesn’t deserve this. Do you think this is fair? No, it’s not in the very slightest. She isn’t the type to seek conflicts or anything and this is what I have always admired; to me, Ara is more than a best friend: I consider her like a big sister and today I reached my limit. I can no longer listen to her and stay neutral and not get involved, because it’s not my style. Not when my friend gets the short stick. And you know what? Look at her message, just look and notice how even in the end, she is mindful of everybody’s feelings and apologizes even if she shouldn’t. She’s way too kind and good for this site. I’m angry, yet I try to keep this message as respectful as I can, only for Ara. She’s one of the most compassionate people I have ever met; she has been there for me whenever I needed, worrying over me and never abandoning me. Look what an amazing friend this girl is. I can rant forever about Ara and what she means to me, but you got the point. You got the point I tried to emphasize: Ara didn’t deserve this. I’m bitter about the entire situation, but I will defend Ara, I will defend and protect my friend from anybody who tries to take advantage of her kindness once again. I’m done with this site and its horrible ways of dealing with people. This is a request from me, but please THINK before you speak and harm the other person; this is everything I have to say. Everything I can say and will mention, despite a lot of things left unsaid. Have a good day.

Hey everyone! It’s been a month since I’ve joined the tokyo ghoul role playing community and I’ve got to say it’s been a blast so far! I mean everyone is so nice and welcoming.           He always sat at that spot and he always arrived exactly when the chime in the clock would groan with three loud clangs. Sometimes he came at the first and sometimes he came at the last but that didn’t matter to the girl. The point was she knew exactly where to place the letter she had tried her best to neatly write, a firm grey rock keeping the letter from blowing away in the wind. Perhaps it would have been better for her to speak to him directly once more, but she could not find the courage within her beating heart to do so.

          It had already been a pleasant surprise for the brunette when the male had stood up for her (in fluent Japanese no less) and though she obviously could not accept his invitation to go out for dinner, the change to coffee was taken with good stride. So was conversation, though the girl herself had been drumming her fingers upon the hot takeout cup for much of the beginning while cognac hues refused to maintain eye contact out of disquietude. But in the end a soft smile had painted itself upon roseate lips and a new fire had come to take light in the heart of her soul.

          She starts off the message with a simple reminder that she was the girl he rescued the other day and from there her writing decides to spring into its own life apart from hers, detaching and speaking of her appreciation not only for the coffee but for the conversations which he has held with her. All the things he was willing to speak, all the things she learnt (though he probably considered them meaningless) and how she could not owe him for much but she gave him her thanks along with some chocolate that she had been given at the mall while being mistaken for a little child. 

          The brunette does not know if this is sufficient, but as she watches from the distance behind a fence, she can only hope that she could bring a smile upon his face through this windy day.

Hinami is not fluent enough that she can go read newspapers or something but she knows enough Chinese (specifically Mandarin) to be able to form secret messages to be passed between Aogiri higher ups in order to stop possible reports from leaking to the CCG since part of her job is to be an informant for the group. I headcanon Tatara taught her this in order to make things more ‘efficient’ so to say and since she’s always been someone interested in learning (language included) she picked on quite fast, not to mention Chinese does hold similarities with Japanese. So you could say her Mandarin knowledge has its own little niche and so casual conversations may still prove tricky for her.

Do you ever wonder if Hinami wanted to die with her mother on that day?

Well actually Anon, I’ve always been holding thee belief that she never once thought about how she should have died with her mother on that fateful day. If she were to have wished anything, it would have been that her mother had been able to live with her. But no, I doubt she ever wished to have died with her mother that day or in her mother’s place. Why? Well we have her father’s death from weeks earlier and though we were never given much information on it I think that Hinami had a lot to think about and I’m sure one of the ideas which came to her was to always keep living because that was the best solution. To keep on living and when her mother left, it changed a bit from keep on living to keep on living for someone. Like Touka or Kaneki, so she finds a way to be useful to them not to die for them. For her mother too, her mother gave up her life for Hinami to live, so she can’t waste it now.

I think even now she never once thought about dying for someone. I know the argument may be like she jumped into that fight between Haise and Seidou. I don’t think she intended to die in that battle, I think she intended to save him and then take the brunt of Seidou’s insults after she returns with him to Aogiri. And I’m sure her thought in her mind was not I can finally die for my onii-chan but more along the line of I can protect him. She doesn’t intend to be a shield since it’s so passive but more of something aggressive like a weapon or perhaps a radar (with how she can smell and hear people out). I went a bit off topic here but I hope I make sense Anon! Also I’m sorry for replying to this two days late but I hope it works.
