The “picture” screenshot was taken from an IFTA red carpet interview by Eric Roberts and India Sasha, recorded Live on TikTok.
IFTA was interviewing Best Supporting Actor - Drama nominee Emmett J. Scanlan (Kin), as the full image shows.

So tell me... why would a Scotsman, who hasn't been in any IFTA-nominated production, and isn't presenting nor receiving an IFTA Award, be standing in the interview area on the IFTA red carpet?
He wouldn’t. (And the actual “Scotsman” in attendance walked behind the interview area, alongside the building, and straight into it, as previously noted here.)
So who might the tall blond man in the blue circle ⬇️ standing behind India be? And what is the wee bit of orange in the orange oval behind Eric?
Could Blue Circle Man be part of Kneecap’s entourage?
It’s more likely he is. Kneecap was at the IFTAs, after all.
And why the balaclava? 😂
Remember… DJ Próvaí’s signature green-orange-white balaclava hangs backstage at Bowery Ballroom. He began wearing the disguise when the band was first taking off, and he was still employed as a teacher. "It didn't stop him from being thrown out of the school," says Móglaí Bap. Adds Mo Chara: "It was the worst-kept secret in Ireland." — Rolling Stone
Remember… Actor Caitríona Balfe looked incredible in a red-lip look paired with a winning Valentino Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2020 sheer blouse and black bustier dress combo. The look was put together by Canadian superstylist Karla Welch (who also worked with America Ferrera, Kristen Wiig and Kaitlyn Dever last night). — CBC Life
Wow! He could read me a story any time. And I don’t mean that in any way other than it would be a joy to listen to his voice and how he uses it. Captivating!

Mater 2-10
Written by Hwang Sok-yong
Translated by Sora Kim-RussellYoungjae Josephine Bae
An epic, multi-generational tale that threads together a century of Korean history. Translated from Korean by Sora Kim-Russell and Youngjae Josephine Bae.
Centred on three generations of a family of rail workers and a laid-off factory worker staging a high-altitude sit-in, Mater 2-10 vividly depicts the lives of ordinary working Koreans, starting from the Japanese colonial era, continuing through Liberation, and right up to the twenty-first century.
Mater 2-10 was shortlisted for the International Booker Prize 2024, announced on April 9 2024.
Remember… The Sixth Commandment tells the story of how the meeting of an inspirational teacher, Peter Farquhar (Timothy Spall) and a charismatic student, Ben Field (Éanna Hardwicke), set the stage for one of the most complex and confounding criminal cases in recent memory.
It also focuses on how suspicions around Field’s relationship with Ann Moore-Martin (Anne Reid), Peter’s deeply religious neighbour, unlocked a series of chilling revelations. — BBC
Tony was credited twice on The Fratellis' last album including "many thanks". So, the idea that he's nothing is just another lie shippers push to discredit him. They know nothing about him. What they comment on are they own fiction.
On photographer Joe’s LP image ⬇️ you can see the two credits, but I’m unable to see “many thanks.” Perhaps it’s out of frame, among the band members’ thanks?

As far as anyone’s being “nothing”… sigh… I don’t know how one reconciles respecting or honouring or just plain liking Caitríona with calling her husband a vampire… and so much worse. 🤷🏻♂️
Thanks for your message, Anon. 😃
I chose to crop the screenshot you included because I simply don’t want it on my blog. 🚫
Three years ago I thought the madness surely would end. Silly me. It has increased: paternity reassignment, mourner misidentification, new recruits. I realise now, the Damies will never be lonely.

And thanks for your message, Anon. 😃 You sent it while I was busy completing my post on the topic.
I cropped the two links you sent, but appreciate your sending them.

Naively, I didn’t realise it costs £588 annually to renew this site. 🤯 I’ve used their images, here and elsewhere, since Season 1, and expect to use some for S7B and 8. 👛
So as a music enthusiast, mainly indie/rock etc I have attended numerous concerts over the years as you can’t beat seeing a band live….Florence and the machine, Kings of Leon, Texas, Coldplay, London Grammar etc and so many smaller pub gigs etc.
Anyway whatever bands I follow/enjoy I have never A) dug in to who their band manager is or B) been disappointed that the band manager has not made themselves front and centre. I just gather that band managers are there to keep bands happy and organised and like most people do not work 24/7 and have a life outside of their job enabling them to enjoy other events!!
Also is it compulsory for a band manager to have several bands on the books or can they just focus on who they work with when required? Clearly a lot of people have no idea what really goes on behind the scenes….
By the way I know you are not a tiny hateful person with an overinflated ego… me thinks it is someone else parroting their own insecurities IYKYK 😬
M A R I A ……!!! 🎶🎤
Thanks for the message, Anon. 😃
Agreed, you can’t beat seeing a band live (and I think you’re blessed if you’re able to listen to their recordings on vinyl too). Love your concert examples!
Come to think of it, during my many years of attending live concerts and collecting recorded music, I’ve never dug into band managers’ names or was disappointed managers didn’t make themselves front and centre. Who knew? (Now I’m giggling about how many film actors have played Brian Epstein. Funny how the mind wanders. 😂)
Like anyone else, I could Google “band manager” and learn what is “compulsory” for that job, but today is not that day. One could Google what is compulsory for my job, and they would have no better idea of how I actually do what I do than they did before I typed this sentence.
Speaking of band managers, ⬆️ Clare Dunne is climbing the stairs to accept her 2024 IFTA Award. To the right of the stage, at the back of the yellow circle, are an IFTA-nominated actress and her husband who is a band manager. Great seats!
Bless you, Anon, for not thinking I’m a tiny hateful person with an overinflated ego. Does this mean you might join me at a cinema later this year when Midas Man premieres? 🍿

Remember… I want to thank the cast of this show... it was an honour to work with you and a joy and a masterclass everyday. A huge thank you to my family and my wonderful mum who's with me today and my best mate Chris Walley... I'm so proud to be an Irish actor. — Éanna Hardwicke.
