Season 1: High school is so shitty you can literally make perfect metaphors with horrifying monsters. 

Season 2: Seriously kids, don’t have sex or everyone will die. 

Season 3: High school is so shitty you should just blow it up when you graduate. 

Season 4: No one likes season 4 but Tara is really cool so we still watch it sometimes. 

Season 5: Your family is super important and you should realize that before they all die. 

Season 6: Everyone fucks up and hurts everyone around them except for that one person who stays awesome and gets a bullet through the heart for it because fuck your feelings why are you watching a Joss Whedon show if you don’t want to cry buckets.
