Hi! I'm pretty new to this void state and I've been trying it for the past week. I tried again earlier today when I was feeling tired and I think I got close! I counted down from 100 to get relaxed and started affirming "I am pure consciousness" repeatedly until my hands felt like they were floating! I kind of freaked out a bit and ended up losing focus 🥲 Is this a good sign though? I'm open to any tips you might give!
