Sarcastically Funny 😂😂 High five or Back slap???
I was having a "spirited" debate with a conservative extremist, where I took a level headed stance and did not refute statements that were complete garbage because that is a waste of time. I just called the statements trash. I then was being attacked bc my responses weren't coming fast enough and I thought to myself "My goodness, is this person really this upset bc I won't blindly agree and/or refuse to acknowledge these ridiculous theories being thrown about??? They must be extra pleasant to be around on a daily basis" So I sent that exact sentiment to the person. They did not like it but I wouldn't engage in this ridiculous argument. In the end they referred to me as sarcastically funny. They said it was a good thing and I typically would enjoy that compliment but I can't help but wonder.....

So the extreme right, i.e. Trump @realdonaldtrump Fox News, are going to pretend this didn’t happen?!?
After awhile it’s hard to keep arguing against all the lies and prove the truth. Quiet introspection is my best friend. I’m happy with myself so I don’t need to badmouth anything to feel better. Can the extremists do the same self analysis without the desire to fill the silence with hateful rhetoric?
It’s amazing how afraid people are to be alone with their own thoughts!!
