2 years since the first season of Wednesday has come out and I will defend Tyler with my heart. He was groomed, tortured, enslaved by Thornhill and neglected by his father. Everybody always overlooks that he was most possibly sexually assaulted by Thornhill and y'all still find a reason to hate him. BOTH female and male SA representation should be taken seriously and equally, not just one.

There was a casting mistake. The Noah Taylor they have on the second season is not the Australian actor from Peaky Blinders. It’s a young actor (the one with the very tan skin and dark curly hair who’s sitting next to Eugene in the new group photo.

New Wednesday S2 Theories?

Okay now that we kind of have an idea of who's coming back and who's not, as well as some actors that are now joining. What direction do you think S2 will be going in?

Yoko will not be returning, I don't think Lucas is returning either, Xavier's definitely not returning, The Sheriff (Tyler's dad) role has been minimized and it looks as if Tyler Galpin will have a leading role.

All that taken into mind, I'm thinking that S2 will focus heavily on Wednesday's stalker, Bianca's mom cult, And Tyler Galpin's Hyde/family situation.

I'm also thinking since Yoko and Xavier won't be there, maybe we'll get more of a Wednesday/Enid/Tyler situation like maybe they'll team up a lot this season?

I heard Xavier might be recast though..so we'll have to see with that..

But yeah, what's your ideas or theories for Season 2?

at this point, as much as i ship weyler for my own reasons, idc if it ever canonically happens. i just need tyler to have a redemption and come to terms with the shit that happened TO him. i need everyone else to understand he went through it too and it wasn’t really his fault no matter how much they want it to be. he was hurt just as badly as anyone else emotionally and physically. i need him to have the opportunity to be a person. his own person. meaning that we know for a while he was following lucas’s gang. out of anger and spite for the world. between that and ep1 was a year. we don’t know how long laurel had a hold on him. which means he hasn’t had a large chance to live by his own rules and grow as an individual) and i need him to have that for my own closure if nothing else. ideally he gets admitted to nevermore but 🤷🏻‍♀️ bare minimum i’m asking is they don’t make him the inhumane villain and brush him off after all is said and done. i mean we know hes essential to S2 plot (thanks casting/production announcement video) but it could easily be just getting him back in the prison van and shipping him off. or a second ‘master’ who was an unknown accomplice to the battle of crackstone, who’s now taking over after laurel’s death (who could be the stalker.) (while i don’t want this to happen i admit it would be super interesting) that would be so easy for them to do. and i like and want the complex stuff. give him depth. even if they keep him evil and go the route of him liking the murder at least let him have some humanity. I need that much.

Wednesday Season 2 cast update.

Australian actress Frances O’Connor has joined the cast of season 2 alongside Steve Buscemi, Thandie Newton, Joanna Lumley, Haley Joel Osment, and Billie Piper. Guys, I’m hoping she plays Francoise Galpin.
