@646110755174907904 (do you wanna project that onto an animal) - from personal experience you "hurt" the drawing not because it's an animal and you get off on hurting those but because you project yourself onto an animal and your subconscious fucking wishes whatever you drew was done to you. not to mention a lot of artists on cs in particular simply can't draw people. but go off calling people who often can't get the help they need animal abusers as if you weren't making it worse i guess.

hey if you get featured and then change the drawing while it’s on the front page will the mods take it down or what

they wont take it down unless u change it to something bad. i remember when cuervo(? maybe, i kinda forgot) got a post featured and changed it to a frog bc they didnt like the art. it stayed up. .phe

it's quite unfortunate the cs mods are forcing you to change so drastically, but i do understand. thanks for looking into it to try and keep up some of the same energy the blog had in the past.

At one point, I was purging posts all the way back from the very start of the blog, but I’m glad that CS staff are being reasonable in their requests so far. I expected them to approach us regarding the new rule sooner than this, but I am under the impression they were negotiating with the wording of the warning in the interim we had to wait since the rule update. I’m waiting for the latest reply, which will likely determine whether or not we archive the blog or continue moving forward with changes. // Mod Peach

But what is the recourse for mods that abuse their position? Can you ask whatever mods/admins you're in contact with? I would report them if there was a way to do so but i fear getting ignored or having a target on my back :c

Personally, I would bring it directly to Simon in the case you believe another staff member is using their position abusively. He has always been helpful and willing to actually work with me rather than jump to any conclusions. // Mod Peach
