Day 4: Sesshoumaru Headcanons
Sesshoumaru might’ve grown as a person and come to realize why InuYasha is the master of Tetsusagia, but Sesshoumaru is still bitter about the meido basically being put in the Tensagia as a ‘test’.
Despite Sesshoumaru being a Lord he isn’t the owner of an estate or castle, that is very much a human practice.  He simply see’s the land as his if there is no one who can defeat him on it.
He wasn’t born with his poison abilities and during the off time between his father’s death and pursuing the Tetsusagia he was mastering this ability by claiming the powers of a possible kimodo dragon demon or something of that nature cause every inu pup has to be successful against a dragon demon at one point cept inupapa I guess.
The Mokomoko was once part of his tail.  When an Inu beast’s tail grows too long that it could become a hindrance in battle it is cut and turned into a weapon to be used by the human form and stores energy.

Tried my hand at doing some “reboot” designs of the original starter Pokemon! These designs all have a basis in Japanese mythology, to suit the setting of the first game. Too much fun!

Tell that to my co-worker who hasn't figured out any of this after working there a year so he'll stop thinking I'm wrong :)
How to Condition / Merchandise Products at Krogers (An Instruction Manual)
What is Conditioning?
Conditioning is an employee making the products Krogers sells in order to feed the human spirit look more appealing to the eye of the shopper.  Products are more likely to sell if they are set up to be seen.
Why Do We Condition?
Because a majority of our customers are Mountain Dew drinking hicks that don’t know how to read, so in order to sell to them the product must be quite visible.  If it is not visible you will waste precious time that could be used in other areas helping out one of these customers who will 90% of the time be irritated with you because it’s all your fault they don’t know how to navigate the store.  Also if you don’t condition your manager will make it known that they are upset with the aisle’s lack of conditioning even if it wasn’t your assigned duty.  All they will know is you are a failure of a human being who doesn’t deserve a paycheck.
How To Become the Greatest Conditioner of All Time?
It’s simple really.  You can’t be perfect without understanding the flaws in others, so just remember F L A W (Facing, Logo, Accuracy, WallSoGoodTrumpWouldBeJealous).
When conditioning an aisle it’s good to go just one shelf section at a time.  Starting from the top to the bottom as you work your way through it pulling forward items towards the back to allow the products to have their 15 minutes of fame before they expire in the back of someone’s cabinet or fridge.  For every item you need to take in consideration FACINGS.  What is facing?  It’s how much space that item takes up on the shelf.  The beginning of a facing starts at the item’s tag and ends right before the tag of a different item.  In order to create the illusion that our store has a bunch of product in stock it’s important to fill every facing.  For example let’s say Manwhich sloppy joe sauce has 27 can sized spots between its tag and the tag of the Kroger rip off sloppy joe sauce.  If you have at least 27 cans on the shelf then you need to pull 27 cans forward in a straight line.  Now this next part is very important, so please keep this in mind when thinking of your facings.  If you DO NOT have enough product to fill all the facings then the start of the line begins at the tag and goes until you run out.  DO NOT put all the products in the middle of the space thinking it looks more professional, because if you think this you are wrong and you are stupid.  It doesn’t look good.  DO NOT make a line of a few products and then leave some behind others.  Just because this job is mostly pulling things forward doesn’t mean you can become lazy when it comes to moving things side ways.
Once you pull your product forward always make sure it’s logo is facing the aisle front and center.  Once again this is for the illiterate hicks that need pictures in order to buy their food, so it’s very important.  NEVER allow a product’s bar code or ingredients list to be facing forward.  It’s gross and tacky.  Don’t have the product upside either unless you’re purposely trying to sabotage your co-worker’s conditioning.  However, disregard this advice if you’re conditioning canned tuna.  Ain’t no one got time for that.
In this conditioning business accuracy is quite important.  Do you want to hear a cashier wine to you because they sold something for a lesser price because it was next to the wrong tag?  I don’t.  So it’s best to make sure the right product is in the right spot.  Don’t just be pulling things forward without actually looking.  The best way to be accurate is just to use common sense.  If you’re following the practice of doing just one section at a time it should be a huge red flag when there is a bottle of mustard where all the ketchup is, but if you’re a fucking idiot and lack common sense all you need to do is read the tag.  Always glance at the tags as you pull something forward to make sure that product is actually suppose to be there.
How can you tell if you conditioned that section successfully?  Take a step back and look at it.  It should be a perfect wall of product (give or take the few imperfections caused by a bad reset, shelving issue, or one of those stupid shelf extenders in the way).  You can easily make a perfect wall by pulling all product to the very edge of the shelf unifying them.
As you admire the perfection be product of yourself.  You just did what 75% of your work crew seems unable to do and a manager will not yell at you that day.  Now time to do about 8,000 more sections on top of running all the pallets that came of the truck.
Other things to keep in mind!  Conditioning Shelf-Ready products (products that come in display boxes) doesn’t mean anything if there isn’t actually any product in those boxes.  Please throw away the box and pull forward what’s behind it, unless of course it’s paper plates because when I run paper plates I don’t want to create a new display box cause I might get a paper cut.  Don’t leave empty protein boxes on the shelf.  People will die if they don’t get their protein.  Bad conditioning leads to genocide.
With all this in mind you will one day be a successful Kroger employee Allen.

I was wondering if you as an atheist could give me some advice. Sometimes i want to leave christianity but my fear of death wont let me. How do you deal with your fear of death?
Honestly straight up go the Harry Potter route and say it could be the next adventure or death is the same as before you were alive. Just nothingness. That would suck but better than hell would it not? I was also super terrified of death and probably still am, but it comes for us all and nothing we can do about it except make every day we have alive count. Believing in a religion just for fear of the after life is the 50/50 bet known as Pascal's Wager where you might as well worship god cause what harm can come from it, but it's not 50/50 you need to account for every religion that claims to be the true one. No way to balance those scales so best to go through life serving your conscious and sense of morality as opposed to a church that wants you to behave in accordance to its will.

So despite not having time to put new content on this blog I somehow have time to work on my dank Sesshoumaru / Kagome fanfiction. Only problem is I updated it for the first time since a year ago and I was forced to read it to remember what the plot was. I took all my notes I made when rereading it to create an abridged version using all of my graphical skill. The fanfic is called Dragonsbane btw. This version is probably better.

***This is the post you need to reblog!!!!***
Time to start another session of Wonder Tag! This week’s Pokemon is Shinx!
Come hang out in the chat with us here: https://discordapp.com/invite/0qf8cN7CzqRyhXQO
1. Be sure to read this post carefully before asking questions or entering any of the games/tags! 2. Be sure to send out good Pokemon! A good general rule is this: if you’d be happy to receive it, send it out! If you’re still stumped after that, tinytheursaring has some great wtw guides you can check out! @gaymer-maid also has a great wonder trade guide available here!
If you want to play with us, please fill out this form so we can see who we’re looking out for! You can find a list of our participants here!
Onto the games!
Tag #1: The Hunt for Shinx!
Last week @the-shiny-surfing-raichu won the WonderTag poll, so they got to pick the Pokemon we want to see flood wonder trade this week!
Rules for Winning the Hunt:
Reblog this WonderTag post! You must do this before you win or your win will be invalid!
You must have your “When You Meet Someone” message set to “I’m very into Wonder Trades” (found under the “Alola Life” category) and your “When You Are Moved” message set to “I like Electric-type Pokemon” (found in the “Favorite Type” category).
The Shinx must come from a WonderTag participant! Both you and your trade partner must have received the hunted Pokemon during this trade! Check that your trade partner’s IGN is on this spreadsheet if you aren’t sure if they are a Wondertag participant! To get your info on this list fill out this form.
Take a picture of the Pokemon you received and one of you talking to them in Festival Plaza (after you trade, they will be standing by the table in your castle), then make a post listing the time you won and tag @wondertag! Only one of your trade team needs to make a post for you both to win. If you are confused, click here for an example image.
Both you and your trade partner will win the round! If one of you already won a round, only one of you will win this round.
Make sure to send an ask to @wondertag immediately with your choice of Pokemon! If all submissions are not in by the time the poll is posted, your choice will not be included! The poll is posted at midnight or one hour after the last round is won.
You have four chances to win! Starting at 12 am EST, there will be four six-hour periods! From 12am-6am, 6am-12pm, 12pm-6pm and 6pm-12am you will have the chance to win. Two people will be able to win in each period and at the end of the day, the Pokemon picked by those blogs will be put into a poll to choose the next hunted Pokemon! You can find a list of eligible WonderTag Pokemon here! Note that pokemon that aren’t native to Alola are now eligible!
*If you win a round, please send in your poll nomination by 10 pm EST Wednesday or an hour after round 4 is won.
For more detailed rules for winning, check the official rules post here.
Tag #2 Scavenger Hunt
On Sunday, we posted a scavenger hunt list! Anytime you wonder trade this week, look out for Pokemon that fit the categories on the list. At the end of the week, record your trades that fit the categories and submit them using the provided form. If you complete your list, you get a special prize, and if you submit a list, even one that is incomplete, you get rare candies for each category completed!
Tag #3: Treasure Trove
Have you ever wanted to earn money for wonder trading? Well, you still can’t, but you CAN earn rare candies, which can be redeemed for cool prizes! Every time you trade another #WonderTag participant, you can earn rare candies! Submit a list of your trades here by noon EDT on Sunday and start racking up points to buy your prizes, which range from Pokemon to the ability to take over WonderTag for one day! Check out the prize list on the Treasure Trove page to see what you can save your rare candies to buy, as well as more extensive guidelines on recording trades and earning candies!
Tag #4: The Poll
The poll for next week’s pick will post at 10 pm EST or one hour after the last round has been won. This means that all nominations must be submitted by that time, or they will not be included in the poll. If you win a round, send in your nominations here.
In order to vote in the poll, you must reblog this post, before the poll goes up. You MUST use the same URL on the poll as the one you use to reblog this post, or your vote will not get counted.
SEND GOOD STUFF! ♫✧
