Caregiver Sonia headcanons!

•Sonia knows a lot about a variety of different topics, so whenever you came to her and told her that you were an age regressor, she did her best to appear calm (although she was absolutely ecstatic)

•She smiled at you and told you how happy she was that you trusted her with this, that she was so proud of you, etc

•And, if you were comfortable with it... she very enthusiastically asked if she could be your caregiver!

•She was thrilled when you told her yes

•So— That’s what led her to look after you! She’s pretty good with kids anyways, so... she’s overjoyed

•Sonia would be sure that you had enough supplies and comfort items— asking you about whatever you needed and immediately purchasing it for you

•She has the money to do so, and she absolutely doesn’t mind spending it on you!

•Due to her high status, a stuffed animal factory was probably built next to her castle simply because she requested it

•Speaking of the which— she loves playing pretend with you! She’ll sit with you on the floor while you two play with dolls, or she’d watch you carefully construct a tower with blocks before pretending it was the kingdom you two lived in

•Whatever you wanted to play— she was absolutely down for it!

•As for pet names, Sonia loves to call you adoring nicknames in other languages, such as ‘mon amour’, mi ángel, ハニー (hanii), anything of the like! She’s fluent in quite the number of languages...

•Occasionally, you’ll hear her call you sweetheart

•Sonia would prepare the finest of meals for you! Even if it was something simple like a sandwich, she would cut it into cute little shapes and pour your drink into adorable cups (she let you pick out your favorites when shopping!)

•It doesn’t matter if you’re eating a freshly made dinner or alphabet soup, she wants it to taste as delicious as possible for you!

•She loves you, and wants your meals to be fun!

•She’s not really strict when it comes to bedtimes, though... she has a hard time bossing you around (ironically)

•You’ll sleep when you’re sleepy, you’ll play when you want to, you’ll eat when you’re hungry...

•As long as it’s not hurting anyone or yourself, she’s rather laid back!

•Sonia’s a very comforting caregiver, as well. If you were ever frustrated over something or just sad, she would make sure to sit down beside you and listen to your feelings, doing her best to offer solutions after thoroughly hearing how you feel

•She’s good with decisions and advice! So if you’re ever upset, don’t be afraid to come to her

•She understands not everything can be solved so easily, though, and when that’s the case, she’ll always be more than happy to envelop you into a close hug and murmur reassurances to you

•She loves you more than anything— and she wants your happiness to be ensured!

•Sonia is a very sweet and understanding caregiver, always looking out for you and loving to take care of you

•You mean the world to her

•She’ll never get tired of you showing her your favorite stuffed animal, of asking her to read you a book you really like, especially the way your eyes light up as she cuts your sandwich into heart shapes

•She absolutely adores you

•Let her know if there’s anything she can do for you, okay?

Little friends Chihiro and Chiaki headcanons, please?

Chihiro and Chiaki as regressor friends!

•Chihiro and Chiaki would have the sweetest friendship!!

•They love to play games together— especially simpler ones! Like Animal Crossing, or calm games like that

•They’ll just sit next to each other, leaning on their shoulders as they press buttons on their controllers

•Chiaki’s a pretty sleepy little, though, so Chihiro finds themselves taking naps with her. Usually, there’s a few stuffed animals in between them as they lay down, a soft melody lulling them to sleep in the background.

•They love playing with their stuffed animals! Chiaki prefers doing happy, calm things, like tea parties and dance competitions between their stuffed animals

•Chihiro, on the other hand, likes giving in depth personalities and relationships to their stuffies, so chances are, they’ll start playing pretend!

•For example, there’s a king and a queen in a kingdom, and there’s bunches and bunches of knights to protect them!!

•They take turns with their ideas of playing, though

•Chiaki likes to teach Chihiro a lot of different gaming techniques!! She’ll giggle and explain to them gaming strategies and the probability of acquiring certain items

•Chihiro, on the other hand, will teach her how to program!! They’ll pull up some coding on the computer and tell her the basics of computer languages

•Despite being regressed, that doesn’t make them any less excited about their favorite topics

•Also— those fridge magnets? They love playing with them!!

•The two will sit on the kitchen floor and rearrange the letters and shapes until they decide that it looks good

•“Look, Chiaki! I spelt our names!” Chihiro will tell her excitedly, and Chiaki will stop whatever she is doing to gasp and look for herself

•Admittedly, though... Chihiro is a bit of a sensitive regressor

•There was one time when Chiaki and them were playing outside and they tripped, scraping their knee

•It brought them to tears, but Chiaki hadn’t ever moved faster, immediately kneeling down beside Chihiro and wrapping an arm around them

•She reassured them until they were okay again, and then allowed them to lean on her. When they were back inside, she placed a rainbow band-aid on their knee and it was all better!

•So, as a whole— the both of them are a really good pair of friends! They love to hang out with each other and are always there to lift each other up

•They truly want the best for each other— and they have the best time together!

•Neither of them could ask for a better friend

Babyspace Kiibo headcanons!

•Kiibo typically only regresses when he’s feeling overstimulated or upset, but he’ll occasionally do it simply for the comfort

•If he’s ever feeling stressed out or sad, he’ll resort to comfort of being brought back to a childlike age— one where his professor took care of him and he was always happy and safe

•When he regresses, he’ll regress fairly young, usually from 2-4, maybe 5 if he hadn’t slipped too far

•That’s why he only really likes regressing in the comfort of his own room— because once he’s small— he has a really hard time pulling himself out of that mindset

•Kiibo really like to color!! He’ll take out a variety of different crayons and markers and start on a blank piece of paper, no lined art necessary

•He’ll color shapes and animals and suns and moons and flowers and just about anything else he can thing of!

•Kiibo also likes to listen to music when he’s regressed!

•He didn’t really know a lot of popular kid songs, but when he discovered regression and began searching for some, you bet he found every nursery rhyme in the book and listened to it!

•He usually listens to things like the ABC’s, or row row row your boat, as well as wheels on the bus— things like that!

•Kiibo also finds comfort in pacifiers!

•He has a light blue one hidden in a safe part of his room, and he uses it when he regressed quite frequently

•He has a stuffed bunny, as well!

•It was actually a gift from Kokichi when it was Christmas— and everyone was opening gifts. Kokichi had noticed that Kiibo looked at the stuffed animal in the store for a prolonged amount of time, and he decided to get it for him!

•He likes sleeping with it held close against his chest

•As for the other students being aware about his regression— no one’s really aware

•However, Shuichi’s detective skills had never failed him, and Kiibo thinks he’s catching on

•Kokichi can’t be entirely oblivious, either— he barged into Kiibo’s room once and heard cartoons playing from the TV while Kiibo clutched the stuffed animal that he had given him

•Kiibo would be a bit embarrassed if anyone found out, but... he thinks it would be fine if they did

•He doesn’t think anyone in his class would have a genuine problem with it, but he’s content keeping it a secret for now

•As a whole, Kiibo finds a lot of comfort in regression, and he’s really happy that he’s able to do this!

•It brings him back to the safety and softness that his childhood held, and that reminds him of more happy memories than he can count

Regressed Nagito with Caregiver Izuru headcanons!

•Nothing slipped past Izuru Kamukura, the Ultimate Hope that possessed every talent known to humankind

•That’s why when he noticed Nagito’s demeanor change even in the slightest, his first thought was age regression due to his quick calculations

•He noticed how Nagito spoke quieter at some times, how his eyes lit up when he passed by a picture book or something childish like blocks, and finally how he would occasionally chew on his sleeve for comfort when he thought no one could see him

•Izuru had no problem with confronting people— So as soon as he was alone with Nagito, he brought it up to him

•He stated that he had noticed his behaviors and had come to the conclusion he was an age regressor

•Nagito was not surprised when Izuru had found out (he was hope itself— to have every talent known to humankind), yet that didn’t make it any less awkward to have the conversation. In fact— Nagito had assumed he would have just ignored it.

•He could only give an tense laugh, awkwardly meeting Izuru’s eyes as he forced a smile

•“Ah, you found out? Nothing I wouldn’t have expected of the Ultimate Hope,” Nagito said in response, “Well, it’s true. I do age regress. You should just ignore trash like me, though.”

•Izuru typically would have. Izuru would have disregarded the situation with no negative or positive view on it

•Somehow, though, he could not bring himself to leave this whole thing alone

•Perhaps it was because he cared for him, or perhaps it was because he possessed every Ultimate talent (that included the Ultimate Caretaker). Izuru liked to convince himself it was the latter, despite the fact that may not be true

•Nonetheless, he shook his head, as if declining the suggestion to ignore Nagito

•“Feel free to come to me if you ever don’t want to regress alone.”

•Nagito assured him he would never bother him, that Izuru would never have to deal with someone like him

•That was until Nagito appeared at his door one night after a really intense nightmare, his cheeks flushed as tears streamed down his face

•Izuru let him into his room, allowing him to sit next to him on the bed and carefully wrapping an arm around him, pulling him close into his chest and maybe even rocking him a little until he was finally able to fall back asleep

•That was the event that really convinced Nagito that he wasn’t bothering Izuru— he genuinely didn’t mind looking after him

•So— after that— with Nagito’s permission, Izuru took care of him from then on out!

•Izuru’s a pretty calm caregiver, nor is he all that strict

•The only things he really ensures are things related to his well-being— for example, that Nagito doesn’t eat candy as a whole meal, and that he goes to bed at a reasonable time

•He just wants the best for him— is all!

•Nagito’s definitely a fan of stuffed animals— all kinds of them. The soft feeling brushing against his skin and the adorable appearances never fail to comfort him

•Izuru’s quite skilled at remembering their names and personalities, which always impresses Nagito

•The two often take walks together, too, no matter the time of day! In the morning, afternoon, or even nighttime, they love to take walks

•Nagito will point at any bird or animal that he sees, tugging on Izuru’s sleeve and gasping out a, “Look!”

•If it was nighttime, they would sometimes take a break and sit down, staring up at the stars and pointing them out to each other

•Izuru can name just about every constellation and fact about stars, and Nagito’s happy to listen, leaning on his shoulder and almost always falling asleep from his soft voice

•Izuru’s indifferent about physical affection— he doesn’t mind nor hate it— though Nagito’s quite the affectionate regressor when it came to things like hugs, hand holding, etc.

•Whenever they crossed the street, Nagito would latch onto Izuru’s hand, and Izuru would squeeze back tightly

•Or, if they were ever just sitting down and watching a cartoon, Nagito would lean close onto Izuru’s shoulder, resulting in an arm getting carefully wrapped around him

•Izuru doesn’t use pet names very often— however, on the occasion, a quiet “dear” or, “sweetheart” will slip out

•Those are typically reserved for when he’s serious about something

•On the same note, Nagito did not have the best nor healthy childhood, that’s part of the reason why he regresses

•So, sometimes, Nagito with definitely impurely regress, or slip into a younger state of mind whenever things get to be all too much

•Izuru’s careful to read his expressions, analyzing his behavior to confirm whether Nagito needs some alone time, or if comforting him would help

•Usually, it’s the latter

•Izuru will sit down beside him and ask for permission to touch him before wrapping an arm around him and pulling him close to his side, allowing Nagito to cry it out or mumble his frustrations to him

•He’ll nod understandingly, tracing circles into his back and running his fingers through his hair until his sobs had reduced to mere sniffles

•After that, he’ll lead him to his bed, sitting down beside him and wiping away any remaining tears

•Admittedly, Nagito does get rather exhausted after all of the tears, so he’s quick to lean close into Izuru, drifting off to sleep

•So— Overall— Izuru is a really calm and collected caregiver, always ensuring that Nagito is safe and comfortable in his regression

•Nagito’s really just happy to have someone looking after him— but he feels really lucky that it’s Izuru who’s taking care of him

•The two care for each other very much— that’s for sure!

If you don't know what amnesiac regression is it's usually when someone regresses and forgets all memories past the age they regress too!

Mikan with a sleepy and amnesiac regressor!

•Mikan’s a very patient caregiver— and she wouldn’t be bothered at all when you told her you were an amnesiac regressor!

•She’s really well-informed on a variety of regression terms, however she may do even more research in order to properly take care of you the best she could

•If you ever regressed, she would be sure to give you a warm smile and introduce herself

•“H-Hi, love! I’m Mikan Tsumiki! I-I’m here to take care of you.”

•She’s very good with sleepy littles— she likes the calm environment! And she tells wonderful bedtime stories and gives the best cuddles

•Mikan would learn how to make angel milk!! Admittedly, she’s a bit clumsy... so, if you wanted to help her, she may ask you to hold the bottle/sippy/preferred cup still while she pours the milk and vanilla in (cold milk!! it’s not hot at all— she’s very careful with you)

•She would learn the names of all of your stuffed animals— as well as their personalities and any other information you have about them!

•She would also learn your favorite types of stuffed animals— like if you preferred cats, dogs, bunnies, or a particular color or pattern

•She wants to know this so that if she comes across one in the store, or if she’s looking for gifts online, she knows the exact stuffed animal you would like!

•Mikan’s really good at telling bedtime stories, too!

•She’ll make sure you’re all tucked in, have brushed your teeth and done everything you need to do before sitting down next to you and reading you a story (she always lets you pick it out!!)

•She’ll tell the story with emotion, sounding happy and frustrated and excited all at the right times, her voice still careful and soft throughout it all

•Mikan would also love cuddling with you!! Only if you were alright with it, of course

•She’d lay next to you and pull you close into her chest, running her fingers through your hair and murmuring to you how much she loves you and how wonderful you are

•She really loves you— and it makes her happy that she’s able to care for you like this!!

•If you used pacifiers, Mikan would get you those decorated ones!! Usually ones clouds or the moon on them, since you’re a sleepy regressor. She’d make sure to ask which ones you wanted, though!!

•All in all, Mikan really loves you and cares about you. She’s glad that you trust her enough with something like this, and she couldn’t feel more lucky to look after you!

•You’re absolutely adorable to her— she’ll do everything she can to make sure you’re happy and safe!

Regressor Byakuya with Caregiver Celeste headcanons!

•As skillful as Byakuya was at hiding his regression, Celeste was also skillful at her own things

•She was rather perceptive, and it wasn’t hard for her to correlate his occasional behavior to age regression

•Admittedly, Celeste was also confrontational, yet she knew that Byakuya would not talk to her truthfully if she asked him about it

•So, she did her best not to intervene, while also trying to subtly look after him when she was under the impression he was regressed

•For example, she would offer him non-caffeinated tea in the mornings, or point out specific stuffed animals when she noticed them, even going as far once to read a child-like chapter book in front of him, telling him all about the plot and the characters

•It wasn’t long before he was the one to confront her, and he was all too aware that she knew. No other explanation could be provided for her sudden caring behavior

•Celeste did not confirm nor deny that she knew, only responding that it would stay between the two of them and she would be there if he needed her

•And, one night, in which he had slipped particularly far, he showed up at her door, staying with her and allowing himself to be watched over

•So— from then on— Byakuya began to go to Celeste whenever he regressed

•He’s quite the independent regressor, no matter how far he ends up slipping. He won’t usually ask for anything, but... he certainly doesn’t complain when he’s given attention

•Byakuya wouldn’t admit it no matter what, but sometimes he does have Celeste cut up his food for him, even shaping them into cuter things like hearts. The last part is usually just for her liking, though, but he won’t complain

•It’s also quite obvious Celeste would learn to walk on water before getting Byakuya to take a nap— she has to wait for him to go to sleep on his own, laying down beside him on the bed and watching a show that he enjoyed before waiting for him to get tired

•When that does happen, she’ll simply offer him a stuffed animal and murmur a quiet goodnight, only staying on the occasions he’d ask her to

•The two aren’t really all that physically affectionate, however the moments in which Byakuya tries subtly tugging on her sleeve or when he leans close to her when they sit next to each other are ones neither will take for granted

•Byakuya’s still a bit unsure of using childish items, so he typically resorts to chewing on his sleeve when he needs it

•Celeste usually encourages him to wear unprofessional clothing due to that, but also because he deserves to be comfortable when regressing— there’s no need to force himself to wear proper clothing, it’s just her around

•Though... Celeste is all too educated on age regression, and she knows it’s not always peaceful and calm, especially considering that Byakuya does it in order to have a childhood, one that he didn’t get due to growing up so fast

•He’s not one to throw fits, and he’s certainly not one to talk about how he feels, so he’ll usually just bury his face in his pillow, whining and hissing out incoherent complaints as Celeste sits down beside him, gently patting his back and offering him any of his comfort items

•Those exchanges are always fairly quiet, and Byakuya doesn’t want her to bring it up once they’re over, which she’s more than alright with not doing

•So— Celeste is a surprisingly kind and reassuring caregiver, one to keep her cool and try to understand Byakuya as much as she can

•It stills feels weird for Byakuya to be so open about such a vulnerable part of him, so he’s a bit unsure about it, but...

•He’s a composed and independent regressor, yet he’s always happy to have Celeste around

•Mikan would be the gentlest caregiver, always looking out for you and trying to ensure your happiness!!

•She’d be really good at putting you to sleep— reminding you to brush your teeth, get your stuffie, etc.

•She absolutely adores cuddling you! She would take several naps with you, holding you close and loving the warmth you two share

•She typically enjoys being the big spoon, feeling as if she’s protecting you. She adores that feeling, especially since she’s not particularly the strongest...

•Mikan would also get you sensory toys/stuffed animals!! Like the ones that crinkle, or the toys that you could fidget around with in a variety of ways

Hi this was so fun to write!!! I did struggle a little bit but I hope you like these!

She's,,,,certainly a caregiver!!!

Really wild with her little, she likes playing and running around with her little.

Lots of hide and seek, tag, etc.

Surprisingly mindful about watching her mouth around you, but some things slip through.

She's caring and sweet in her own way.

Can't really cook that well, so if you're hungry, she usually makes simple stuff that can be done by hand or is frozen/canned. Soups, sandwiches, any frozen foods, etc.

Sometimes though, she'll buy a box of cake mix or something and you guys can bake together.

Lots of headpats and hugs! She has a few petnames for you, too.

Tickles! Lots of tickles! Either just for fun or to tire you out before bed, you'll get tickled a lot. Never too rough, though.

Super lenient and doesn't have a lot of rules, if any at all. As long as nobody gets hurt, she doesn't care what you guys do.

She's surprisingly comforting when needed, thoigh it's not much. She'll just hold you, rocking you back and forth until you're better. If you need some space, she'll do that, but you can sometimes see her peeking around the doorway.

Caregiver Makoto and Little Byakuya headcanons!

•Byakuya was a busy man— that was no doubt— and it was pretty much a given that he would end up getting stressed over tasks that were all too mundane to him

•Leave it to Makoto to find him a way to cope with it all, though, despite Byakuya’s efforts to insist he would be fine how he was, he did not need a method of coping

•When Makoto mentioned age regression to Byakuya, at first, he was absolutely appalled at the idea, narrowing his eyes and shaking his head firmly

•But... as time went on... and Byakuya’s work load increased significantly...

•He found himself feeling smaller, persay, and sort of fuzzy

•Of course, he went to Makoto about it— age regression was the only possibility he could think of, and... well... maybe if Makoto could talk to him more about it, he would be more willing to try it out

•And when Byakuya had gotten his desired amount of information, and he was absolutely positive that this would stay between him and Makoto...

•He decided to try it out

•And it was only history from there as Byakuya began gravitating towards picture books, occasionally holding a stuffed animal, or just simply slurring his words

•And Makoto was more than happy to look after him, despite it definitely being a bit awkward at the beginning

•Byakuya is still a reserved and quiet little— he prefers to do things on his own rather than have a caregiver help him with everything

•He’s certainly an independent regressor! In fact, so independent that Makoto has to explain to him why he cannot use the stove, or the microwave... (he gets impatient when waiting for things to cool down and ends up just grabbing them anyways)

•Byakuya usually stuck to coffee (with more sugar) when he first started regressing, but as Makoto slowly started coaxing him into other things, he began to grow rather fond of angel milk

•Makoto’s definitely a pet name user— typically using things like “love” and “dear”

•He called Byakuya sugar packet once, when he was regressed and they were having tea and cookies

•Byakuya is never going to let him forget that, nor live that down

•Byakuya usually tends to do calmer activities rather than ones that involve playing— for example, just taking naps with a stuffed animal or reading a picture book with Makoto

•Really— the purpose of regression for him is to de-stress, and doing calmer things helps him with that!!

•If there was ever a time Makoto couldn’t be there to watch over Byakuya when he was regressed, he would definitely send him cheesy little images!!

•Those ones with stuffed animals on them, with captions like, “Hav good day!!” Or, “Drink some water today :)”

•He’s sure to always remind Byakuya he cares about him, even when he can’t be there right beside him!

•Byakuya most likely has a soft spot for... well, softer things

•His everyday clothing is not the most comfortable when he regresses, so he likes soft T-Shirts or fuzzy pajamas

•Especially soft stuffed animals!! As well as the big ones!! Those are the best to him

•Honestly, Makoto gave him a soft stuffed animal once on a trip back from the store and Byakuya was absolutely ecstatic

•Byakuya knows that since your a regressor, your perception of whether or not you’re tired may not always be accurate

•He’s not one to fall for tricks like, “Just one more story?” or, “I’m not sleepy! I stay up late all the time!”

•Truly— he just believes that you need to take care of yourself— getting enough sleep being included in that

•So, he’ll most likely just give you a five minute warning when it’s getting close to your bedtime, or gently put you into bed if you were getting sleepy beforehand

•He’ll make sure everything’s fine before you get settled into bed— Do you have all of your stuffies? Did you brush your teeth? Have you changed into something comfortable?

•And once he’s sure that you’re fine, and ready to head off to bed, he’d read you a story of your choosing!!

•He’s fairly skillful at putting emotion into it whenever he reads, and he’ll always turn the book around for you so that you can see the pictures!!

•Once he had finished the book, he’ll always stand up and put it away to avoid clutter, yet turns back and gives you a light pat on the shoulder

•“Sleep well, kid,” He’d mumble to you, before leaving and gently shutting the door

•If you ever wanted him to stay with you, well... he can’t exactly complain, can he? He’s more than willing to do that for you!

•He’d sit down beside you, wrapping an arm around you and letting you lean close into his side as he waits for you to fall asleep

•He might even press a small kiss on top of your head, if he thinks you’re asleep!

•So— Really, Byakuya’s reasonably firm on bedtimes, but he always makes them really comfortable!

•It’s always a nice way to end his day, taking care of you and staying by your side
