Hello Hello 👁👁 The Roman Holiday fic, When in Paris (Do as the Romans) has been put back on the front burner--a new chapter will be published sometime this week if all goes to plan. Sorry for the two year hiatus haha, time got away from me! Reread chapters 1-3 now to catch up, and be ready for all kinds of 1950s fun: Marius vs. Les Amis! Sexual tension! Dancing! Threesomes! Hi! I've been following you on AO3 for a couple of years now, and I just wanted to ask, do you have any plans to finish something else telling or do you consider it abandoned? I've just finished rereading it and felt it was such a shame it's missing a chapter :(

Hi! Sorry I left you hanging with Something Else Telling for, like, two years. I’m always so happy to hear that people are still enjoying reading my fics :) I definitely do plan on finishing it… eventually. I’ve been going through some pretty crazy life changes since I wrote Something Telling and its sequels (I live in a completely different country now, for example!) so I’ve had a lot less time for writing in general. And to be honest, I feel like such a different person than I was when I first started writing Something Telling (almost four years ago, which doesn’t seem that long, but go figure) that part of me just wants to rework the whole series from the beginning. So I guess I’ve been digging my heels in a little bit to put off having to figure out how to write in the voice I used for ST.

BUT! Receiving your gently prodding messages does make me feel much more encouraged to pick it back up again (also, reminds me that I never actually finished it lmao). Can’t promise anything in the immediate future, but I did at one point plan the whole fic out, and I do want to finish it and eventually edit the original Something Telling a bit, so… have hope.
