Mf’s will someone working in customer service and be like “this is a free therapist”. Idk what it is about working customer service that makes complete strangers want to divulge deeply personal information. honestly RuPaul changing the line “Gentlemen, start your engines, and may the best woman win” to “Contestants, start your engines, and may the best drag queen win” not on any season with an out trans woman, for whom that line would indeed technically be misgendering, but instead to “accommodate” a trans man who had made it very clear that he wanted to be referred to/treated exactly like any of the other contestants w/r/t terminology and pronouns, feels like a more perfect distillation of how ppl treat transness than could have been scripted
