I mean they probably know what they did , don’t have a doubt about that but if you want to move on and move forward and be happy with your partner now . You need to release all those bottled up emotions and words , and just express them to that person who hurt you . If they don’t reply , fuck em but at least you made peace with yourself and you can move on . You can erase them from your mind entirely like they never existed .
