May is mental health awareness month.  

Almost 3 years ago I was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder after an almost successful suicide attempt.  I can’t say it’s been an easy 3 years in recovery, but I can say with absolute confidence that if I can do it, anyone can!

If you are feeling alone, hopeless and at the end of your rope - please reach out to someone.  Family, friends, crisis lines, church . . the list is filled with people who care about you.
