i don’t know how to tell people that deriving pleasure - sexual pleasure included! - from art* is good actually, and that creating specific kind of art “just” because you find it hot or whatever is just as good a reason as any, and you don’t actually need some “deep and meaningful” reason to create art about things. pleasure - sexual pleasure included - is not the devil, it is not Bad and shameful, and it’s not any less valid of a reason to create something than because you want to, idk, explore the depths of the human consciousness or something

BEGGING people to be normal about tall trans women and short trans men. y'all can't see a tall trans woman without being like "omg step on me mommy" "i want her to rail me" etc or you see a short trans man and automatically assume he's submissive or a cute bottom bitch or something. so many tall trans women are submissive and so many short trans men are dominant and fetishizing their height is weird and uncomfortable, not to mention something so many trans people are incredibly dysphoric about .

y'all are just reinventing gender stereotypes and acting like it's cute or sexy. sometimes a tall trans woman wants to be treated delicately and wants to be a pillow princess, and there are so many short trans men (me included) who want to ram someone with their huge strap.

I love that folks are being more accepting of autism, but I don't love that autism is being sanitized into a quirk.

There's a cute and acceptable form of autism on social media, and I don't see any indication that folks are remotely ready for discussing the rest of it, which contains all the uncomfortable things that impede a person's everyday life, require support, and make acceptance almost impossible—where the hygiene struggles, inappropriate social behaviors, involuntary movements and outbursts, meltdowns, and emotional dependence issues live. And the cuter and more sanitized the "good" autism gets, the more unacceptable the "bad" autism becomes.
