Finally! Lucifer’s demon forms! As much as I like his canonical wings, I firmly believe that he deserves more pretty/flashy peacock vibes. I like to imagine that the colourful bits are reflective like actual peacock feathers, changing colour and vibrancy depending on how the light hits him

Maybe some sleeping hcs for the brothers? +what sleeping by them is like?

I like to think that they all sleep in their demon forms, both because it's more comfortable and because maintaining a human appearance takes effort.

Lucifer

Lucifer's massive bed isn't just for show, and on the rare occasion that he actually makes it to his room, he takes up the entire mattress on his own. His wings make sleeping on his back uncomfortable, so he usually rests on his front, with his wings stretched out far enough to drape over the entire bed. Typically, he's a fairly calm sleeper, rarely making noise or shifting around, but he does somehow manage to always tangle his blankets around his legs and accidently kick them away.

He's more considerate of how much space he occupies when he's with a partner. He'll often sleep on his side instead, and spoon them against his chest in a gentle hold. His wings will still end up spanning over most of the bed, stretching over them like a feathery blanket. Unfortunately, he still manages to kick the blankets off, but his natural warmth and big wings are more than enough to keep them cozy and safe.

Mammon

Mammon is an absolute disaster of a sleeper. He always falls asleep before he means to, often causing him to end up only half undressed and sleeping in whatever clothes he wore that day. He usually ends up sprawled on top of his blankets because of how much he moves around, constantly shifting into different, yet equally strange positions. His morning routine is more like a chaotic scramble because of this, and the fact that he always forgets to plug in his DDD doesn't help.

Sleeping with a partner involves a lot of skin to skin contact for Mammon. He loves to cuddle, and while he tries to act casual about it when he's still awake, in his sleep he'll press himself as close as possible to them, almost as though he was trying to meld into their skin. It's too embarrassing for him to voice it out loud, but he loves to be spooned, or just held securely in general. He sleeps much more calmly like that, but he does still manage to shift into the most uncomfortable positions to get closer to them, usually trapping them under himself in the process.

Leviathan

The bathtub in the middle of Levi's room does actually serve as his bed, but the many blankets lining the sides makes it surprisingly comfortable and warm. He prefers to sleep curled up into a little ball with his tail wrapped tightly around himself, completely hidden from the outside world. He rarely shifts from that position at all, hardly ever moving in his sleep. Every once in a while, he can be found passed out at his desk or sleeping sitting up with his headphones on and his DDD slipping out of his hands.

While he's not the cuddliest demon while he's awake, Levi is an absolute fiend in his sleep. Part of it is him unconsciously seeking affection, but it feels like he's also trying to leach his partner's warmth out of their body. He always finds a way to press his cold hands against their bare skin and wrap himself around them, tail and all, like an octopus. Once he's snuggled up to them, they will absolutely not be able to remove him without actually waking him up.

Satan

More often than not, Satan can be found sleeping sitting up because he lost track of time while reading. It happens concerningly often, and he always regrets it in the mornings when he wakes up sore and not at all well rested. When he does actually make it to bed, however, he'll usually sleep on his back, completely unmoving. He feels the most comfortable when he's wrapped up in his blanket like a burrito and, while he's unaware of it, he snores very softly in his sleep.

The first thing his partner will learn about sleeping with Satan, is that he's a complete blanket hog. Luckily for them, he's shockingly warm and very cuddly, easily making up for blanket stealing. He likes to wrap an arm around his partner and hold them close to his side. He's especially happy if he can lay his head on their chest, finding the sound of their heartbeat soothing. He never does it on purpose, but they'll always wake up with his tail curled up carefully around their leg, holding them close.

Asmodeus

Asmo is the only demon in the house that has a proper sleep schedule, as long as he's not going out. His nighttime routine is important to him, and he has a hard time falling asleep if he doesn't complete it. Once he's in bed, though, he falls asleep fast, all splayed out on his back, his wings fully stretched out. His bed is so soft that he practically sinks into it, looking impossibly comfortable. Sometime in the night, he always manages to shift into a tiny little ball, curling up into the fetal position under his covers, tucking his wings around himself, and curling his tail up against his chest, all warm and cozy.

Asmo greatly prefers sleeping beside someone, feeling much more well rested when he's not alone. He doesn't actually get the chance to cuddle with people all that often, but he sleeps best when he does, and he'll be absolutely all over his partner because of it. Tangling their legs together, wrapping them up in all his limbs, and nestling his face into the crook of their neck is a necessity for him. He'll wear pajamas if they ask him to, but he genuinely thrives off of skin to skin contact.

Beelzebub

Beel doesn't have the greatest sleep schedule, but he's one of the most predictable sleepers in the house. He typically follows a set schedule, including a general time in the middle of the night where he wakes up feeling hungry and empties the entire fridge without realizing it before going back to bed. Other than that nightly excursion, he's a very sound sleeper, being difficult to wake and usually not moving much. He does have a habit of chewing things in his sleep a lot though, leading to many ruined pillows.

With his partner, Beel is a very sweet and cuddly demon. Not only does he love the intimacy that comes with sleeping beside someone, it also does wonders for keeping his nightmares at bay. He may be a massive guy, but he loves being the little spoon and very much enjoys being held in general. He easily takes up most of the bed on his own, but luckily he's so soft and warm that they can just sleep on him instead. He's much less likely to get up if he's sleeping with someone, mostly because he'd be crushed if he accidently interrupts their rest.

Belphegor

Despite always seeming to be tired, Belphie has the most chaotic sleep schedule of the house. He can and will fall asleep anywhere at any time, regardless of how uncomfortable he looks. He does sleep best in his room, though, both because of the privacy, and also because his bed is practically a nest of comfort. It's covered in multiple blankets, pillows, and even a few stuffed animals, all for him to burrow underneath and surround himself in warmth and softness.

Belphie regularly drags his partner into napping with him throughout the day, and properly sleeping through the night with him isn't all too different. He's incredibly fond of cuddling, often using them as his pillow and wrapping himself snuggly around them like a koala, keeping them stuck in bed with his weight. He practically radiates an aura of warmth and sleepiness, making him unbelievably comfortable to sleep with, though it does also make waking up more difficult. On rare occasions, he does sleep walk, but mostly they'll just catch him mumbling in his sleep.

um hello do you have a rules post i can see...? i want to make a request but i want to make sure to follow rules!! ♡ thank u!!

I swear one day I'll get around to making a rules post, but as long as the request doesn't involve shipping the brothers and anything with Luke stays platonic/familial, it should be fine!

I do stick to keeping MC gender neutral regardless of if the request specifies a gender, and while I'm considering writing for Mephi and Raph in the future, I don't feel like I've got a good grasp on them yet.

There's technically no character limit, either, but requesting less characters usually means I'll manage to answer it faster or with more details.

It's very rare to see Asmo of all demons speechless, but calling him cool seems to be all it takes.

On one hand, he's more than happy to show off to a human with good taste. He knows that his true appearance, and demons in general, might be considered scary or unpleasant, but he thinks it's a complete shame that they can't admire his beauty.

On the other hand, "cool" isn't exactly a compliment Asmo's used to, and while he's flattered, he's going to do everything in his power to earn himself a few more compliments from them, preferably ones that he sees as more fitting.

It's almost like he's putting on a show, striking poses to show off his demonic features and even offering to let them feel his smooth, arching horns and the soft leathery expanse of his wings if he's close to them. He'll keep it up, becoming increasingly dramatic with his posing, until he decides they've showered him with sufficient compliments and praise. Of course, he'd never turn down more attention if they'd prefer to keep admiring him.

He thrives off of praise and positive attention, but admiration towards his true form is extra flattering.

Lucifer

Lucifer prefers to handle his self care on his own and loathes asking for help, partially due to his pride and partially due to his perfectionism. When his molting season starts, though, he's forced to give in. The constant miserably itchiness that he can never seem to reach eventually outweighs his pride.

Internally, he's quite embarrassed at first, both for needing assistance with something like this, and for having the human see his feathers in such a state, all of them dull and messy, and shedding all over the floor. It takes a lot of trust on his part to reach out to them, and he won't respond well to teasing, at least not the first time.

Once he actually feels the human's fingers combing over his wings, he finds himself genuinely enjoying the moment more than he expected. It's so relieving to have that constant itch soothed, and the gentle repetitive motion of having his feathers stroked is incredibly relaxing. He'll be completely boneless by the end, and while he'll try to stay silent, anytime they press their hands to his back, they'll feel it vibrating as he purrs.

Mammon

Mammon can normally handle most of his self care on his own, but his horns always seem to give him trouble. Their shape makes them difficult for him to maintain on his own, and he'll complain about it to his human constantly. He not only needs their help, he also craves to have their attention on him like that, yet he can't muster up the courage to outright ask.

When they offer to help him out since he wouldn't stop complaining, he accepts way too quickly for it to seem casual. He'll also start hesitantly complaining about his feathers and wings too, in the hopes that they'll offer to help with those as well. While he'll try to play it off as giving them the opportunity to get a closer look at a demon as powerful as him, it's easy to see that he's truly just desperate for their affection.

He enjoys having them take care of his horns the most, though. He'll sit them down and plop himself on the floor in front of them like it's the most casual thing ever. He's in bliss the entire time, resting his cheek against their thigh, feeling their hands petting his horns and carding through his hair. A crow-like cooing comes from his throat the whole time without him even realizing it, and he'll make the most pitiful little whining noise if they pause for even a second.

Leviathan

Levi doesn't have much actual maintenance he needs to do for his demon form. His horns are actually antlers so they don't need to be filed down, and while he does have to shed every once in a while, he couldn't bear the thought of the human seeing him like that. Shedding is already rare for demons, but he's worried that a human would think it's outright gross.

That being said, right after shedding, he does enjoy the feeling of moisturizing his new scales. It's practically the only skincare he ever does, and if the human is nearby… he supposes they could help him? Maybe? Only if they want to? He doesn't have enough courage to properly ask them, but he will try to hint at what he wants if they happen to be around. 

He'll be noticeably flustered the whole time, barely able to form a coherent sentence and unable to look them in the eyes. It would almost seem like he hates it, if it weren't for the genuine look of disappointment on his face when they say they’ve finished. He may also very shyly ask them to pat his head while his horns are growing in, and will practically headbutt their hands in an attempt to soothe the itch that comes with their growth.

Satan

While Satan enjoys being self-sufficient and he's perfectly capable of handling the maintenance of his demon form on his own, it's such a time consuming process that he struggles to get through it on his own. Patience isn't exactly his strong suit, and just having someone there to talk to and to help speed the process up makes the whole thing easier for him to deal with.

If he's close to the human, he'll only hesitate slightly, worried about them fearing his demonic appearance, before openly requesting their assistance. It's pretty clear that he'd gotten very frustrated doing it himself before he reached out to them, but the longer they sit together and work on filing down all his boney spikes, the more his anger is soothed and he begins to relax into their hands.

While it's not the most enjoyable process, it is rather intimate to him, not only letting them see him like this, but letting them help. He'll take it as an opportunity to have a private conversation with them, getting to know them better, asking questions and listening to them talk without having to worry about being interrupted. He's also happy to enjoy a comfortable silence if they'd prefer, working together in tandem, side by side.

Asmodeus

Asmo is very hesitant to let anyone, especially the human, help him with his demon form for multiple reasons. On one hand, he's a perfectionist and no one knows his demon form as well as himself. On the other hand, he knows some of his demonic attributes might be a little creepy to a human, and he'd be crushed if they thought he was gross. Part of it is also that he also genuinely enjoys doing it himself. He finds it relaxing and it gives him a chance to unwind and take some time to himself.

He will, however, absolutely invite them over to his room to help with the finishing touches. His favorite thing to ask them to help him out with is applying lotion to his back and wings. Afterall, they can't possibly mess up what is essentially rubbing in moisturizer, and he gets to feel their hands pet over his delicate wings for an extended period of time.

He plays it up at first, draping himself over his bed and spreading his wings to their fullest, encouraging mc to straddle his lower back to reach all four of his limbs easier. He's chittering and purring before they even touch him properly, lightly kneading his pillow like a contented cat, and striving to make himself look as cute and irresistible as possible. It quickly stops being an act when they actually start touching him, though, and he starts purring in earnest, fully relaxing under their hands. He'll gladly return the favor later, but for now he's going to be completely boneless and basking in the gentle affection.

Beelzebub

Beel really does not manage his demon form as often as he probably should. In fact, it'll take the human themselves pointing out how much longer than normal his horns have been recently for him to realize that it's about time he tended to his demon form.

He has no shame in asking them if they'd be willing to help him out. His horns curve just a little too tightly against his forehead and his hands are just a little too big for him to comfortably handle it himself. He very much prefers having someone he trusts help him out, and he'd love to return the favor and do something for them in return. He's happy to help them with washing or brushing their hair, giving them a massage or whatever they'd like.

He's very sweet and patient the whole time, guiding them through the process step by step, sitting perfectly still, and not complaining at all, all while munching away happily at a pile of snack he brought for the two of them to share. His wings are buzzing away behind him the whole time, and no matter how many times he bashfully apologizes and stills them, they start up again the moment he stops paying attention. That mixed with the genuine smile on his face shows how much he enjoys the mutual affection better than words ever could.

Belphegor

Belphie has a horrible habit of putting off his self care until he physically can't ignore it anymore or someone steps in to help him find some motivation. Luckily, most of his brothers are weak to the cute baby brother card, and he can convince one of them, usually Beel, to at least help him out with his curly horns.

The thought of having the human help him out instead is exciting, but he tries not to show how eager he is to feel them stroke his horns and comb his hair for him. He has absolutely no qualms with sprawling out across their lap to prevent them from getting up, and bumping his overgrown horns against their side to emphasize the problem he's having, all instead of just asking politely. Plus, he figures that if they agree to help with his horn, they could brush his hair for him too, since they're already at it.

He isn't entirely rude, though, and since he finds it much easier to muster up the motivation to take care of others rather than himself, and he's willing to help them with something in their self care routine in return. In the moment, though, he thrives off of being the center of their attention, and while it makes they're task harder, he can't help but constantly try to nuzzle his head and face against their hands. The gentle affection and care puts him in an incredibly cuddly mood, and they'd better be prepared to take a nap with him afterwards, because he's going to cuddle up against them and not let go for a while.
