ANONYMOUS ASKED hello sweet admins! i was once apart of this rp but i left because i didn't think i grasped the plot, lore and all of that well enough to fully understand and i was far too embarrassed to ask for help so i left (this was years ago, i am thinking 2020) after an extended period of rest of the rpc, i am hoping to try again and i am so excited to see this place is still up and running! i think my first question is with the plot, it says welcome to new york but also references apart of the fairy world being in central park. i think this is where i am confused, is this rp set in the city and supernatural creatures can come and go from the realm? again i know this is so silly and i am so sorry for not being able to put the pieces together myself. thank you for taking the time to answer this x

hello there , nonnie ! thank you for reaching out to us ! i do want to start this off by saying that we do not ever want anyone to feel embarrassed for asking questions . we have been around for a couple of years now so our lore is not just influenced by books and shows ( that not everyone read or watched ) but our personal developments on top of that . it is only natural for questions to pop up and we are always happy to sit down and answer them for you . there is absolutely no need to apologize . when we started this group in 2020 the plot took place in the faerie realm and each character got trapped in it . in 2021 we had a plot drop during which the faerie lands faced near destruction . to prevent it from falling , all sorts of magical beings came together and re-located the realm and its entrance to central park . humans continue to see central park , but supernatural beings spot the entrance to the faerie realm as well . this freed everyone from being trapped and opened new york as another possible location for threads and events ! supernatural beings can now come and go as they please . in 2023 we started to introduce the underworld as another playable location . we are still in the process of updating this part after our most recent event , which revealed more of it to muns and characters , but you can find all previous info on our locations page and use the filters to get more of an idea . to sum it up and - hopefully - make it as simple as possible : regular interactions can happen in three locations right now . the faerie realm , the underworld or new york city . this allows our muns to explore a multitude of stories and characters , rather than limiting it to just one specific location . i do hope this helps , but if you still have questions please , please , please do not hesitate to ask ! i am sick at the moment so there is a good chance i am not making much sense in this instant , but i promise we can figure it out and catch you up on the lore ! especially since we would absolutely love to welcome you back here ! <3
