Based on Card Captor Sakura. Blaine has barely gotten used to the prophetic visions, now it turns out he has accidentally released a set of magical cards hidden in NYADA's Round Room. Or so claims Brittany, (current) Guardian of The Book, who charges him with the task of getting them all back and sealing them away before disaster strikes. Playing superhero seems doable enough but things do get a lot more confusing when Blaine meets Kurt, fellow NYADA student, experienced magic wielder and the star of one of Blaine's most distressing visions.

Drawing Card Captor Blaine was a lot of fun, so I hope you enjoy the fic it’s based on, which very easily inspired me and was great to read as a fan of CCS and Blaine. Author’s Notes: Wow!! I’m a little reluctant to admit that this fic has been in the works for over a year now, at least from when I first had the idea to make Dalton a Catholic school. I just graduated from my own Catholic school this spring, and I must admit, this was very fulfilling. Coming up with character backgrounds for this was some of the most fun I’ve ever had, and I’m glad I was able to incorporate everything into the actual fic. I’ve never been so relieved to finish a fic before, I’m so excited for people to finally see this!

Moving on to thanks… I’d like to first and foremost thank my totally amazing artist Rose, for creating a beautiful piece of art for this, as well as helping me out with the actual writing of the fic. Thanks to my beta Courtney, for listening to me bemoan how far behind I was/how much I was struggling for actual months without complaint, and for making this fic so much better than it would have been. It’s Christmas break. He walks out of the room at the same time as Blaine, each holding a suitcase. They stop short, appraising each other.

Finally, Sebastian says, quietly, “Merry Christmas, Blaine.” Blaine gives him a tentative smile. “Merry Christmas, Sebastian,” he says in a muted voice, before he walks back into his room. Sebastian watches the door for a long time after it closes.

For the Blaine Anderson Big Bang delicateclarity wrote I Shall Not Want, and I lucked out in being assigned to it! This scene was a lovely beat in a beautifully genuine story, and I knew I had to draw it. The fic can be found here on A03, and I highly recommend you check it out immediately.
