Scratching his head, while he finds her glowing words about her friend to be admirable, he’s still left oblivious.

“Well, he sounds like an awesome guy and I’m sure we’ll find him!”

Maybe he didn’t know Siegfried himself - maybe he didn’t have to, as hearing her speak so glowing of her friend and with the utmost faith was enough for him to believe her without question.

So, without even another a thought or a hesitation, he takes off after her.

The only response that Furina could hear from him was the sound of him collapsing onto the ground. The traveler was exhausted from running around doing their work around the region for the adventure guild.

He knew this was about the journey and not the destination, but the journey made him want to rest for at least several weeks.

Is it an enemy?"

Rusty is unaware that he has a form of separation anxiety that developed when Dawn Office went to the Library and when Philip returned and never came back.

And being left behind at Dawn Office waiting for the return of his owner he started becoming destructive around the office. He figured out a way to listen to a radio but using his mouth to turn the dial.

That's how he heard about Philip distorting. And he felt that he was a failure of a companion because as he was not able to be by his side at his worst.

She was taken by surprise to be taken by him and lifted to the 6th floor. The feeling of being in the air was frightening but knowing Husk was holding her and wouldn't let go.

It was comforting and free.

“It’s a view… I’ve never seen before… a completely different perspective. I think this is something I’ve wanted to see for myself and found impossible. Thank you, Husk…”

He snickers. "Kid, I'm from Hell. It takes a lot more than heat to bother me." Fire and brimstone wasn't exactly an exaggeration. A library with lava sounds kinda cool, actually.

He spreads his wings, and loops his arms under her armpits. With a strong flap, they launch into the air, and he begins to try and maneuver his way through the unfamiliar library up to the 6th floor.

"Like the view?" He asks, making sure his grip on her is tight. No way he'd be dropping her.
