im so glad to be in therapy again but my problems have become clearer and that's uncomfortable lol.

like maintaining relationships is a big one and coping with asd symptoms and trauma responses n all that and it's just so much easier to stay isolated and full of guilt and lonliness. i still have a long ways to go i just feel like i have to explain myself somewhere a little bit because i do miss talking to people it just feels so hard cuz all the noise in my brain is exhausting.

i really wanna be able to be the person i am on my good days, but im still being overwhelmed by the bad ones. it feels like some of my worst coping mechanisms know they're on their way out so they're advertising a giant bogo sale hm -_-

hey guys im remaking my donation post, pls read ❣️

so my dad was arrested in december 2020 for something he didnt do. the state knows he didnt do it and they have more evidence pointing towards the ACTUAL criminal but are insisting on prosecuting my dad. he’s currently out of jail on bond (on house arrest) and he needs financial help because he cannot work! please please consider donating. my dad is an excellent father and he has been broken by this whole situation.

prior to all of this, he was a beloved community member and worked as a physician assistant, even picking up cases in the ICU when covid hit florida really bad. hes helped save countless lives. he does not deserve what is happening to him and most importantly… he is INNOCENT! we love him so much and anything you could spare would really really help him out. thank you for reading! 💞
