Hi hi. I have been.

Busy. And basically only log on when there's a patch, do the story and then... Kinda. Do a little of the 12 or 8 man depending, and then get consumed elsewhere. My LO is almost 9mos, and is walking already so my time and attention is occupied elsewhere most of the time (try running a dungeon with a 9mo going thru separation anxiety 😂) and he's always gonna be my #1 priority over rp/gaming.

Plus, I'll be moving to California at the end of July! Husband, LO and I will all finally be together starting August pretty much, so the next few months are gonna be kind crazy.

Thankfully though, once we're actually settled, and I'm not soloing the parenting thing, I'll likely have more energy/time to give to XIV.

Altho tbh, idk how active I will be with RP. I love Duke, and he's my favorite xiv character to RP with, in terms of public events and stuff but. idk. There's just some hang ups I have that are hard to let go of, and there are times that the thought of delving back into rp and going to events makes me anxious and kind sick to my stomach due to the anxiety. But we'll see! Who knows. Maybe 7.0 will give me some insane muse boost for him.

In any event, that's my uh, biyearly? Update I guess lol.

Update on me and my current life and why I'm so inactive at the moment lmao.

Tl;Dr as you can see from the pics, I'm about to become an irl parent 😭

Hi I realize I haven't done a proper personal update in uh, like- forever lol.

I got married back in December for one, and despite the fact I thought I'd have to struggle bus with fertility due to sepsis when I was 21 and losing a fallopian tube (and possibly the ovary as well???) - my now husband and I are expecting! I'm due in September 🥰 It was definitely unexpected (again, I knew I COULD still have kids but I was told to expect issues which- I mean, yeah I only have one tube. My midwife and the drs in the ER when I had to get checked were like wait wtf really when I mentioned it.) But not unwelcome even though his due date is when my husband (marine) gets his new orders so, 🥹 figuring all that out has been a headache.

First trimester I dealt with heavy bleeding due to a subchronioc hematoma (basically a bruise between my uterus and the rest of my body.) hence the ER visit. It basically had to bleed out, tho it can result in miscarriage. Then I got covid in the second trimester but thankfully I'm vaxxed and boosted. And lil bug has been fine the entire time 🥴 I may be suffering but he's uh, totally fine lol. Who knows what the third trimester will hold for me.

anyway, that's about where I'm at. Preparing for baby, and preparing to move with husband at the end of the year. I'm super excited and it's wild to look back on my Tumblr that I've had since I was 16 and 13 yrs later see how far I've come haha. Absolutely wild. Went from kpop fandom to random other fandoms to being a bit of a hoe, and now I'm married and expecting my first kid.

Anyway that's all, thought I'd dust off the Tumblr and give a little update! xoxo

Introduction to Trash Panda Edits!

Hello and welcome to Trash Panda Edits! We're here to provide roleplayers of all verses quality layouts for their accounts in addition to providing aesthetic edits for solos, shipping partner posts, or whatever else you might need to make your roleplay account look spiffy! We do this absolutely for free - we simply enjoy creating layouts and edits and wish to share with the roleplay fandom on twitter and tumblr.

On our carrd you'll find our Rules and Request Form (the request form is at the bottom.) and we are currently taking on 3 requests at a time as we currently only have one admin. This may change when I feel more comfortable taking on more of a workload.

If you'd like to make a request, please DM us on Twitter (@TrashPandaEdits) as it allows us to be more organized! If you have any questions however, do feel free to message us on here, as our DMs on twitter are reserved for requests only and close when requests are filled.

Our carrd is filled with examples of what prior edits we've made for roleplayers, along with free to claim edits that anyone is free to use for their accounts so long as proper credit is attributed! From time to time, we will post layouts and other edits that have not been requested for anyone to use, that have been made in our spare time!

If you enjoy our our edits and layouts and enjoy what we've made for you, we do have a Ko-Fi to support our work, but it's never expected - truthfully we just really enjoy editing and making layouts for roleplayers! We know what it's like, as a roleplayer ourselves to want an aesthetically pleasing layout or aesthetic edit for a post and unable to make one yourself, so we aim to help out those very same roleplayers!

All we ask if you read and understand our rules, remain respectful and patient and we hope we can create something you'll enjoy and give you roleplay account the aesthetic you desire! 🤍

i will complain about it here 2.

while i like bozja in concept WAY more than i do eureka, and find bozja far easier to progress in than eureka ever was, i do not get what changed with healers in helping to rez people. in eureka people were so nice and quick to rez people who got drop kicked during fates or even just dead out in the field, and in eureka it could be FAR more dangerous to traverse to rez someone

but in bozja i've had healers just stand over my dead body and continue dpsing and im like ????????

idk as a healer myself i try my best to rez people i see down even if they're not in my party esp in CE's because if enough people die in a CE that shits gonna fail so im just idk man

i feel something changed. eureka ppl were so quick and happy to raise and in bozja its like fuck u perish lmao

Junelezen Day 4 - Weapon. While Talekeeper has become a new weapon for him icly, that he had created as part of a gift to him and his husband to join their Houses together, Duke's primary rapier is a particularly special one, one that can only be handled by Duke himself.

Known by the name of "Crimson Tears" I use the Silvergrace rapier model for it. Duke had it especially created for his usage only, and it's said that the focus itself contains his blood within it. But what makes it more remarkable is that the handle of the rapier is covered in sharp spikes. Duke, usually wearing gloves, and even without, has next to no pain tolerance is the only one who can handle the pain of wielding it. Were he to be disarmed in battle and his opponent to pick it up, they would quickly be forced to drop it from the spikes embedding themselves in their skin. A bit morbid, but Duke is A. a masochist and B. likes to be tricky and figured he'd use his pain tolerance as a weapon in battle. The name Crimson Tears comes both from the shape of the focus, but also the legend that the wielder's hands weeps tears of crimson upon wielding it.
