Hey, I’m not an age regressor myself, but I’ve been taking care of my mom for at least 8 years now whenever she age regresses.

We only just realized the correct term recently (I knew about the community from an ex gf of mine, but I never realized that my mom was an age regressor until now.)

We always called it her ‘baby mode’ whenever she was overwhelmed, regressing to the mindset of a 5 to 7 year old. I’m always the caretaker for her, since my father is usually at work, and my brother is focusing on schoolwork.

I was hoping you could share some wisdom on the matter, so I can better take care of my mother.

I know this is an odd circumstance, since most, if not all age regressors, that I’ve seen online don’t have their children as the caretakers.

I want to help my mother, but I’m not sure how to do it to the best of my ability, despite being her main caretaker for, again, 8 years now.

If you want to ignore this ask, you can. But, I would greatly appreciate the advice.

As another system, do you think it’s possible for Littles in a system to find a CG? We feel like because of a combination of our system hood, appearance, and age, our Littles won’t ever find the CGs they crave.
