been having such a bad time mentally/emotionally i’m considering going to therapy lol i know i feel a lot of shame about how i feel because you feel like the only person in the world who feels the way you feel but i don’t say anything to anyone and i even avoided having to write about it here because it just felt too pathetic even though i know like 5 people will see it lol am i that ashamed of myself and what i feel? why yes. so fucking embarrassing lol

me because my birthday is in 3 months and i want to start planning but realistically i’ll probably do the same thing i do every year which is find a good recipe to cook and making myself an extravagant cake. which i love doing but i wanted to go somewhere. if i end up having to travel by myself i’ll probably just go somewhere domestic. maybe Chicago or back to LA.

#there aren’t a ton of places in the us i specifically want to travel to #it’s not really preferable that i travel by myself #but at least that way i can do whatever i want for as long as i want #i’ll probably just end up staying my ass at home lol
