Yesterday I ate probably over 2000 calories. I skipped breakfast and ate a 100 calorie lunch but dinner and cake was so high calorie. I had two fried chicken breasts, garlic Parmesan fries, bread, and a piece of cake.

It’s 2:30 today and I haven’t eaten lunch yet but am probably going to soon. I have some leftover chicken that I’ll have a bit of. For dinner I made a broccoli, cauliflower rice, cheese and chicken dish. It only has 200 calories per serving so I’m happy with that. I’ll update later.

Yesterday I did my longest fast yet of 22.9 hours. I’m super happy with that! It’s rare that I can do a fast that long because my mom reminds me to eat and keeps telling me if I forget. I’m doing 16 8 intermittent fasting and it helps so much with wanting to snack at night. When I wasn’t doing this I would find excuses to eat one more thing because I wasn’t going over my goal but with this I know I can’t eat once I start fasting.

Yesterday I managed to skip lunch and breakfast but I had a higher calorie dinner. I had some stew and rolls and then my grandma wanted to order pizza. They expected me to get something so I got plain boneless wings. I ate 648 calories for dinner and a 130 calorie snack so 778 calories.
Today I’m not sure how many calories I’m going to eat since it’s a bday. I’m really nervous. I’ll update later

So I’m terrible at updating but I weighed myself today and I was 263. I’m obviously not happy with that weight but I’m happy that I’m losing. My measurements yesterday were 42 inch waist and 51 inch hip. I’m doing some strength exercises to help trim down the inches as well as pounds quickly.
I ordered some new jeans (size 20) and the hip is 1 inch smaller than my hip so it’s a motivator to keep losing so I can fit into them! I have my jeans from last year but they don’t fit anymore so I’m hoping by January or February they will fit (they’re a size 18).
My birthday is later this month so I’m hoping to lose as much as I can before then. I’m going to start bike riding as it’s getting cooler out. An average ride for me is burning 300 calories which isn’t much but it’s something. Biking is one of the exercises I find the most fun so I actually look forward to it. It’s also the most calorie burning exercise I can do right now so it’s a win win.
Today I was able to skip breakfast and I’ll be having a late lunch but I’ll try to eat under 200 calories for that. For dinner tonight is stew and rolls. I only eat the carrots and pieces of meat out of the stew so it’s under 200 calories for that. The rolls are 2 for 130. So overall a fairly low calorie meal.
Tomorow is my grandmas birthday so there will be cake. She also wants fried chicken and fries for her dinner so I’m not sure how much I’ll be eating. I’m not going to eat the skin/breading part and I’ll try to eat not a lot of fries. I’m not sure what we’re doing for lunch.

I’m so fucking disgusted with myself. I ate over 2000 calories yesterday. Probably close to 3000. Today I’m going to eat only when I absolutely have to to try to make up for it. I want to eat around 400-500 but less would be great.

3 days ago my mom ordered me a huge breakfast because she noticed I didn’t eat dinner the night before. I managed to throw away most of night but I wound up eating 1113 calories for the day. Then the day after I was so hungry after dinner (I skipped breakfast and ate baby carrots for lunch) so I wound up eating 1965 calories with 90 burned in exercise. I didn’t gain weight but I didn’t lose much it any. So yesterday I didn’t eat anything all day and wound up eating 740 calories in snacks at around 9-10 pm. I think I’m close to my period so I’m glad I haven’t given in and binged and I’m going to stay strong.
Today I weighed myself and I’m 268.2. I’m not happy with that at all because earlier in the year I was 220. I’m disgusted with myself for eating so much that I gained so much in such a short amount of time. I want to fit into my fall clothes from last year so I’m determined to lose weight quickly. I’m doing low-medium restriction for most days until I lose at least 30 lbs then I’ll go to higher restriction if needed. I expect days like a couple of days ago where I eat higher calories but as long as I get right back on track I’m ok.
Today I’ve started it off strong by no eating breakfast and I haven’t eaten lunch yet (it’s 2 pm). I’m really fighting the pizza craving (Its my go to food right before my period). I did a low intensity HIIT workout for 13 min which burned about 70 calories. I’m probably going to eat a small lunch but maybe I’ll make it until dinner. We’re planing a higher calorie meal of chicken thighs, crescent rolls (I’ll avoid those) and broccolini cooked in butter and garlic 😕 Broccolini was always my favorite but we cooked in in loads of butter so I will control how much butter goes in so it’s not too high calorie. I’ll update later with my calories for the day.

I’m so happy with the calories today. I was able to skip dinner which is a rare occurrence. I wanted to give off the idea that I still eat normally so I ate some fries. Wish I didn’t but my mom has noticed in the past my eating habits being too little so I need to keep up appearances.
I don’t plan on doing low restriction forever because I don’t want them to notice somethings wrong until I get to my goal weight. Around my period I get serious cravings which I’ve almost always succumbed too so I’m going to up my calories to 1000-1200 so hopefully I don’t end up eating my cravings.
Right now I’m around 270 (estimated). My current goal is 150 and my ugw is 98. I dont think I’ll be able to get to my ultimate goal without them noticing somethings wrong, but a girl can dream. Either way I have a loooong ways to go. I hope to be 235 by the end of the year. Hopefully I can be lower though

This is the salad I had for lunch. I ate half of it with no dressing and I’ll have the rest for lunch tomorow. All that’s in it is spring mix, chicken breast, carrot strings and baby carrots, blue cheese, and cucumber and bacon bits.
