i’m gonna actually get and adhd diagnosis because i self diagnosed and was finally able to see oh shit maybe physically not being able to do a homework assignment isn’t a normal thing to do

people will really be like "🙄🙄🙄 special snowflakes everywhere... EVERYONE online is diagnosing themselves with ADHD and autism and shit" like damn wonder if there might be something about 1) a constantly changing stream of content you can tailor to your current interest exactly and/or 2) a method for socializing with no sensory overload, no fluency in physical/verbal social cues, and a literal off switch when you're not feeling it that might draw neurodivergent people

okay so review of the day WHAT THE FUCK i never realized how hard it was working to do basic things with my normal brain

like reading? the words go in brain first try

in math i was like ugh idk how to do this but then i tried and then turns out i could, normally i would’ve just sat there till the teacher gave us the answers

typing is better too???

my motor functions are like better and talking to someone is weird but i’m able to like say words without like thinking out the sentence and still make sense

the way i can discribe it is like normally there’s this fuzz in my brain and it is like bringing all my thoughts to the surface but like on the meds it was like my brain was clean and i was able to think clearer and still with multiple ideas but i could keep something in my mind without it taking up the whole thing

i can’t fathom feeling like this all the time it’s insane and it angers me so much that it took me 16 fucking years to be like ya know maybe it shouldn’t be THIS FUCKING HARD and it shouldn’t. i shouldn’t be physically unable to do something. literally my brain is like no you cannot do this thing. why? nope.

people around me are able to just like do this everyday? and they can just like do things? EASILY!??
