45 MINUTES OF DYKE TELEVISION: Dyke TV was founded and created by Ana Maria Simo, playwright and cofounder of Lesbian Avengers; Linda Chapman, theater director and producer; and Mary Patierno, independent film and video maker. Dyke TV was created with the intention to provide empowerment for lesbians and increase visibility of lesbian issues, culture and community. Their mission, and their motto was to "Incite, Subvert, Provoke and Organize." Each episode began with news coverage of lesbian-related issues. Then, the episode covered diverse aspects of different lesbian communities, including art, health, politics, music, sports, etc. Those featured in the episodes came from diverse racial and socioeconomic backgrounds, highlighting intersectional issues within the lesbian community.

Video
[AMV] Jon Arbuckle - You’re Gonna Go Far Kid
this is one of my favorite videos on the internet, and it kills me that the source has been silenced by youtube’s copyright system, so I’m putting it here!
I have seen a version of this on tumblr before, but the audio in that one is just a little bit off because that person edited it back in themselves
but today, I am proud to present the original video, sent to me by Crispy Crungy, who gave me permission to upload it here and share it with you all!
enjoy!

Andrea Dworkin's classic Beauty Hurts diagram from Woman Hating (1974), updated for modern procedures, fifty years later.
A first step in the process of liberation (women from their oppression, men from the unfreedom of their fetishism) is the radical redefining of the relationship between women and their bodies. The body must be freed, liberated, quite literally: from paint and girdles and all varieties of crap. Women must stop mutilating their bodies and start living in them. Perhaps the notion of beauty which will then organically emerge will be truly democratic and demonstrate a respect for human life in its infinite, and most honorable, variety. —Andrea Dworkin, Woman Hating (1974)

ORDER YOUR FREE, ANONYMOUS RADICAL FEMINIST STICKERS HERE (US and International Shipping!)
Some design examples:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The order form's shorted URL is bit.ly/RFSTICKERS IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The order form is anonymous and confidential. I will not collect your email address. You do not need to give me your name. Nobody else will see the results of this form except for me. I will not release any address-related information. Your privacy matters!
Stickers will be mailed in an envelope with a security-printed lining. The outside of the envelope will only have the mailing addresses and postage stamp(s).
I can only mail up to 20 small stickers and a handful of larger stickers to addresses in the United States. I am constrained by USPS envelope weight and thickness limits, as well as postage costs.
If you are outside the US, you might still be able to get stickers! International orders will have to be fully funded and pre-approved by me on a case-by-case basis. USPS has published which countries and regions restrict what items in a document here, organized by region. Email me at [email protected] with your Country, City, and Zip Code so I can calculate shipping costs and see if a sticker order is feasible. If it is, I will email you back with the minimum contribution to fund your order and permission to fill this form out.
This is a pay-what-you-can model, but funded orders may be prioritized if supplies are running low. Please pay what you can, since this project requires around $1.75-$2.00 dollars an order to keep running. Contributions are done via Amazon e-gift card, which offers anonymity, unlike PayPal or Venmo.
Orders will be mailed once a week on weekends. Shipping time may vary.
Reorders are welcome, but please order only once every two weeks!
At this time, I cannot offer refunds.

“Woman is not born: she is made. In the making, her humanity is destroyed. She becomes symbol of this, symbol of that: mother of the earth, slut of the universe; but she never becomes herself because it is forbidden for her to do so.”

You can’t fully relax when you’re wearing makeup. You can’t just rest your face in your hand or rub your eyes or scratch your chin or wipe your mouth. You can’t eat without worrying about messing up your makeup. You can’t get sweaty without worrying about messing up your makeup. You can’t blow your nose / wipe your nose without worrying about messing up your makeup. You can’t swim without worrying about messing up your makeup. You can’t cry without worrying about messing up your makeup. You can’t indulge in the simple joys of going out in the rain or nuzzling your face in your cat’s fur without worrying about messing up your makeup. You can’t just casually get into bed and roll over to rest your face on the pillow without worrying about messing up your makeup.
By wearing makeup, you force yourself to be hyperaware of your face at all times. You have to learn to suppress the urge to rub your eyes or rest your chin in your hand. It’s tiring.
I’m so glad I never got into makeup.
