Shopping! This was a cool vintage-themed store that collects and sells retro/vintage goods and also some new vintage-themed items. One of their areas was decorated as this neat “Japanese living room from the 70’s/80’s.” I don’t know if this is historically accurate given that flat screen TV and giant speakers 😂😂but I think they did a great job with the spread on the middle table.

Onto the goods!

They had several vintage-themed items such as this postcard of Lum. For $2 I thought, why not! It’s not easy to find new prints of vintage art from that time.

Here are a couple of other “new-vintage” prints that they were selling. I bought a few for my sister and some for myself as well. They will make great wall decorations someday! 😁

This store also had a wide variety of new Lum merch that I hadn’t seen before. Lum is quite hard to find, in my opinion, while out and about shopping. I love Lum!! So this was great for me and I definitely bought some stuff!l I’ve seen her merch maybe only 2 or 3 times in Japan. So this was quite surprising to me, given that she wasn’t as famous as Sailor Moon, for example.

Overall I feel like I got some neat purchases. 🤍 I’m always happy when I can find Lum, Maison Ikkoku, or Ranma 1/2 merch while out shopping! 😁

Shopping!! A random store I came across in Korea had all of these near vintage items. :) I ended up buying the cute Handsome na Kanojo postcard in the back. I’ll have to post up close photos of them someday!

I also deeply wanted the large Inuyasha keychain on the right. It’s hard to see but it had a bunch of the characters together in cool poses. But the seller was charging $75 😱😱😱 So sadly I had to reject it.

The same store also had this Digimon travel sticker! I used to love Sora and Piyomon. I almost bought it but decided against it due to the hefty price 🤨😆

I also stumbled upon this random store that had a bunch of old toys and keychains. There were a couple of interesting goodies but nothing for me. A neat look anyways!!

A nice date with my 1995 All Star Postcard Collection. I haven’t had the guts to open it up yet, but this aesthetic is just everything!

One of my favorite manga aesthetics is when manga characters bake something or drink tea. Something about baking/tea combined with manga art is just absolutely lovely and refreshing and gives me all the good vibes!

Also, that melon soda was bomb.
