Do this four times repeatedly and you’ll be out. But how does it work? There’s some real brain science behind it.

Task Splitting
(noun or verb) the spoon-saving technique of breaking up a chore into two or more parts so that you can recover your energy and ease your schedule I cooked dinner both before and after work today and it worked out well. I roasted green beans and sweet potatoes in the AM and put them away to be reheated later, then when I got home from work I made a fast chicken recipe and reheated the veggies to go with. I’m a big fan of breaking up tasks this way lately, not only for the benefit of my physical spoons, but it also helps with anxiety because it makes chores smaller and more approachable. It’s much easier to think “all I have to do is throw this chicken in a pan for 10 minutes when I get home and I’ll have a full, comforting meal” then “oh man I have to cook a whole dinner after this, I’m not sure I have the energy and my arms are going to be really sore by then…” It’s technically the same amount of work, but if you think of it like weight lifting, task splitting is like breaking up your chores into sets. You can rest in between.

Becoming My Dream Girl In 7 Months
So I randomly came across @2pretty‘s  12 Month Dream Girl Guide and I absolutely loved it because in all honesty it was so similar to a post I’ve been trying to figure out how to write so I’m so excited to start it tomorrow
Now, her’s is for 12 months but I don’t have 12 things so I’m aiming to do it in 7 months ready to go into 2022 as the best version of myself possible.
My Dream Girl:
My dream girl is honestly just a better version of myself.
She’s naturally beautiful and is never seen not looking great. She’s always dressed appropriately and her hair nails and makeup are always done to perfection. Even when she doesn’t wear makeup she has semi-permanent beauty modifications to enhance her natural features such as eyelash extensions. She’s a natural conversationalist and always has something interesting to input into any conversation. She’s intelligent and always gets outstanding grades on her work. She exercises daily and plays tennis often where she socialises with the affluent. Her life is organised, she’s never late and her spaces are always tidy.
Qualities to Create Her
She’s extremely studious and intelligent and reads books daily
Her life is organised and she keeps her space constantly tidy
Always looks good and is dressed appropriately.
She plays tennis weekly, always eats healthy and exercises daily
She routinely posts content to help other women as well as posts fashion content consistently and gets free clothing.
She has enough money to do whatever she wants with
She has a good grasp of her mental health, Is in her feminine energy, always kind and considerate to people, speaks slowly, clearly and good vocabulary
Now to split these into months.
☁️June (starting tomorrow)☁️
Extremely intelligent and reads books daily.
For the next 7 months I will be following the 8 8 8 rule on weekdays and the 8 6 10 rule on weekends. This is 8 hours of sleep 8 hours of work and 8 hours of relaxation
I will be:
Spending 4 hours of my relaxation time reading
Impose 3 hours of screen time a day on my phone
Complete 4 hours a day of educational work towards my a levels (I dropped out of physical school for mental health reasons but I do the course online without any deadlines so I do schoolwork throughout weekends and summer)
Watch the news and listen to a current events podcast daily
I’m starting this on May 30th/31st depending on how long it takes me to plan everything but I’m trying not to procrastinate so I’ll start ASAP.
☁️July☁️
Her life is organised and she keeps her space constantly tidy
My focus for July will be implementing and maintaining a structure in my daily routine as well as staying organised and tidy.
In July I will:
Implement a strict morning and night routine with skincare etc
Tidy my room every night and deep clean every Friday.
Plan my entire week on a Sunday with what I’m doing every day and which days I’m taking off work (I’m self employed)
Implement a rule that if something comes up I can’t change it without a weeks notice. For example if a friend wanted to go out for Lunch on Wednesday unless I had opted to have that as a day off the Sunday before I couldn’t change it to go out with said friend.
Journal every night
Make myself stick to whatever I had planned to do for the day.
☁️August☁️
Always looks good and is dressed immaculately
A Level Up Goal have been working on lately is my appearance, mostly fashion wise. I’ve tended to wear overly revealing clothes in the past but I really don’t like it as It makes me feel uncomfortable.
Lately I’ve been completely overhauling my wardrobe and I’m among to do the biggest wardrobe clear out in August so that I only have clothes that are elegant and that I like wearing.
You can view the aesthetic I’m trying to work towards here however this is taking a while because clothes are really expensive. Especially because I’m moving away from fast fashion brands like SHEIN and PLT in favour for smaller brands with better quality items, which tends to be more expensive.
My Goal for August is to literally NEVER look bad.
So I will be:
Getting my nails done constantly as and when they need it.
Getting Eyelash extensions as I feel like I always look better with eyelashes
Either getting brow lamination or something else to help make my eyebrows look good without me having to touch them
Whenever I go out I MUST wear something appropriate, even when going to the supermarket or a friends I must wear an outfit that looks nice and also comfortable.
Only wear loungewear that looks good and throw out any tatty ‘home clothes”
Continue my skincare routine so that I look good without makeup
Continue to Invest in my wardrobe
☁️September☁️
She plays tennis weekly, always eats healthy and exercises daily
In September I’m going to start going to tennis lessons once a week and practice as much as possible.
I have wanted to learn tennis as part of my hypergamy journey for the longest as it’s a great way to meet affluent people, but you do need to know how to play.
In addition to this its a great way to be active!
☁️October☁️
Routinely posts content to help other women
I feel like society is really failing women I the fake feminism thing, Liberal feminism often puts women at a disadvantage as they promote acing like men and women are equal before we actually are equal.
Things like 50/50 which lmao no.
My Dream Girl would consistently write posts that will ACTUALLY help women out by teaching them self worth and not accepting less than they deserve.
Hypergamy and only dealing with HVM. 💕
In October I will be:
Posting 7 times a week, 3 full informational long posts like this one and my textbook chapters and, 4 (probably more) replies to any asks so make sure to ask me any questions you want answered.
I will write all my long posts over the weekend and schedule them then reblog them when needed
Reply to any and all asks as detailed as possible.
☁️November☁️
She has enough money to do whatever she wants wit.
As I said, I’m self employed so November will be focused on ways to make more money.
I’ll spend this time getting ready for the Black Friday/Holiday season an maybe starting another business.
I’ve ALWAYS wanted to be a lifestyle coach and do the things I do on here for future clients.
Talk through the issues they’re currently going through and give them a short term life plan similar to this post in order to reach their goals
Help women with their level up goals and to marry hypergamously.
If this is something you’d be interested in please let me know! It’s my absolute dream and I would love to help you. Sit down with you and make plans to reach your goals no matter what they are.
☁️December☁️
She has a good grasp of her mental health, Is in her feminine energy, always kind and considerate to people, speaks slowly, clearly and good vocabulary.
In December I really want to focus on the mental side of levelling up
I will:
Work on becoming more feminine in my mannerism
Smile at everyone as much as possible
Compliment at least 2 people a day
Go out of my way to help people when given the opportunity
Practice the way I speak everyday
Read some period dramas to enhance my vocabulary when appropriate
And that’s everything. I’m so excited to become a new person by 2021. I’ll try to  keep everyone updated every week and on significant days. If you’re also doing this please let me know so I can follow your journey too!
I’ll update you on how the first day goes.
MUAH xx

The Full Potential Challenge
Ever wonder what your life would be like if you lived up to your full potential? Would your body be healthier? Your skin clearer? Bank account bigger? I think about these things all the time, and, judging my a previous post, you guys do to. Below is a chart designed to help all of us live up to our full potential. I’ve broken it down into time frames to help keep you from getting overwhelmed. Write the chart down and hang it someplace where you can see it all the time. I will be starting this challenge tomorrow, 9/8. I’ll check in with you guys every Sunday to track my progress. I have specific goals in mind for myself, and you guys should make some too! I really want to know how you guys are doing. Tag your progress posts with #sbfpc so I can track it and take a look. Let’s get to it!
EVERY MORNING
Stretch. First thing. Really give your body enough time to wake up. Touch your toes. Roll out your shoulders. Do not hit snooze!
Do your full skincare routine. I have mine detailed here, but do whatever works for you and your complexion. Be gentle and consistent.
Brush your teeth and floss. I used to be a big floss-skipper too, but you’d be amazed at how dig of a difference it makes. Rinse with a whitening mouthwash. I use one by Crest, and I notice a major difference in my teeth’s overall whiteness in just a few days.
Give yourself enough time to get ready. Whether you’re a wash-and-go kind of girl, or someone who spends an hour doing a full contouring routine before class (and either one is fine!), make sure you aren’t rushing. If you need to wake up a few minutes earlier than normal, so be it. Rushing sets an awful, stressed-out tone for the rest of the day. Allow yourself to be relaxed before taking on the day.
Eat something. I’m not going to say eat a big breakfast, because some people (myself included) just can’t eat in the morning. But you should eat, or at least bring a little something with you to work or school. If you can’t eat a full breakfast, grab a fruit! You won’t be as hungry come lunch time, making you less likely to gorge yourself.
Shower. You can do this at night, in the morning, whatever. Again, this is something you should allow some time for. I don’t wash my hair every day, but I do condition it every day (from the ears down). Scrub yourself with a delicious-smelling body wash. If you shave, make yourself as smooth as a dolphin, dude. If you don’t, then don’t and don’t ever ever ever let anyone make you feel bad or weird about it. When you get out of the shower, wrap yourself in a fluffy towel and totally slather your sexy self with lotion. Top to bottom. Do it as soon as you can post-shower so it can really sink in.
Put leave-in condition throughout your damp hair and comb it through.
Put on an outfit that makes you feel good! So important!
Drink water. Drink water. Drink water. Drink water!!!!!
Take a look at your daily to-do list. Knock out the most pressing stuff first. Take pride when you cross things off your list.
Make your bed! Oh my god, make your bed. Do it. Do it. Do it.
EVERY AFTERNOON
Follow the “touch it once” approach. This is a truly life-changing thing. When a task is in front of you, no matter how big or small, just do it right then and there. How many times have you gotten a work email or homework assignment and thought, “Eh, I’ll do it later”? And then later never comes? Once something pops up, do it once. Squash it and be done. Cross things off your list and feel like a badass.
Try to go for a walk at lunch. Even one little lap around the block or campus will reenergize you like nobody’s business.
Drink water. Drink water. Drink water. Drink water!!!!!
Be present. This is so hard for me too, but you have to make a major effort to be present in whatever you’re doing. Be engaged and plugged-in and just exist in the moment. Give 100 percent.
Be friendly to friends and strangers. A smile goes a long way.
Eat something. Eat what you packed for lunch (see below) and take a break from working while you do it. You need “you time”!
EVERY EVENING
Take your makeup off as soon as you’re in for the night. Wash your face with your full routine and let your skin have a break.
Workout. You can also do this in the morning. Whatever works for you. Make a great playlist and go hard af. Get your cardio in. Get your strength training in. Earn every freaking sweat bead forming on your forehead. Earn your shower!
Knock out your homework. Life is infinitely better you don’t have anything hanging over your head. Half the time, the energy and emotion you spent dreading/putting off your work is ten times worse than the work itself.
Make a list of what needs to be done tomorrow. It’ll set you up for success the next day, and you won’t forget anything!
Drink water. Drink water. Drink water. Drink water!!!!!
Lay out your clothes for tomorrow. This will save you SO MUCH TIME in the morning omg I can’t even tell you how important this is.
Eat something great. And once you’ve decided to be done eating for the night, be done. Brush your teeth so you can’t eat again.
After brushing, do a whitening treatment. Whether it’s classic baking soda, a Crest white strip, or a laser. Do something. And floss! Retainers in too, ladies 0:)
Relax! Take a few hours to do what YOU want to do. Scroll through Tumblr, binge on some Netflix, FaceTime gossip with your friends, anything. Do whatever makes you happiest.
Shut the electronics off an hour before you want to go to bed. Put your phone on sleep mode. If you stare at the screen, it will keep you awake and alert and you won’t be able to fall asleep. A good night’s sleep is crucial for weightless and general happiness lol
Do a quick sweep of your room and see if there’s anything you can put away real quick. A clean space is a happy space.
Crawl into your bed (aren’t you happy you took the time to make it?!) and read a book by lamplight for a while. When you start to feel sleepy, go to sleep. Don’t push it. You kicked ass today and you deserve rest.
EVERY WEEKEND
Do something with your friends. It just has to be one thing. Even if you’re just hanging out at the coffee shop, spending time with your squad will make you a better, happier person.
Drink water. Drink water. Drink water. Drink water!!!!!
Do something just for you. Set your laptop up in the bathroom and watch a Netflix marathon while you take a bubble bath. Buy an old school bottle of Mr. Bubbles ($3 at Target!) and really just soak. Relax. Light a candle.
Do something creative. You can read a book, write, blog, draw, code, anything. It just has to be something that speaks to your passion.
Track your progress. Just do this once a week so it doesn’t become all-consuming. And remember that non-scale victories are just as important as shedding pounds.
Take the time to be grateful. Tell your friend how much you admire her taste in music. Mention to your mom how much you love her cooking and how happy you are that she takes care of you. Thank your teaching after an especially interesting lecture. When you do something awesome, take a moment to admire yourself. Be grateful for even the little things.
Anything I missed? Reblog + add yours! Don’t forget to tag your progress!

How to Adult: Cover Letter Edition
So I have several followers who are working on applying to jobs right now, and by far the most common concern is “what even is a cover letter??”  Now, while this post is funny and accurate, it’s not super helpful if you’re looking for specifics.  So I figured I should show you mine.  Now, without further ado, allow me to provide to you:
~*~ The Cover Letter of Destiny ~*~
[Name] [Address Line 1] [Address Line 2, etc] [Phone] [email]
[Right Justified - Date]  (This is just standard business letter stuff)
To Whom it May Concern, [Or Mr/Ms. Hiring Person’s name, if you can find it.]
I’m delighted to submit an application for the [Job you’re applying to] position at [Company/Institution/etc].  After reading the job description I’m certain I would bring a solid combination of  [Skill 1], analytical thinking [or whatever Skill 2 is], and communication skills [This is always my Skill 3] to this position.  I’m particularly attracted to this position because I believe it will utilize the skills I have gained through my industry [or research or whatever] experience, and allow me to apply those skills in new areas.
In my role with [Company] as a [Most Relevant Position Here], I managed a project [to do some stuff - flesh out your most important/relevant job responsibilities here].  I specifically focused on [a thing that is the most explicitly relevant to the job posting.  In fact, I creatively copy/pasted some of the job posting into this sentence, that’s how relevant it is.].  I was also responsible for [A couple of things that maybe were mentioned in the job posting, or at least show increased responsibility over time].  This gave me the opportunity to collaborate with a variety of different team members [to achieve a goal]. Through these and other job duties, I have gained excellent listening skills and the ability to carry out self-directed tasks in the context of a larger team. [i’m not joking. use this phrasing it’s so great just copy it idgaf]
In my current role as a [Current Title] with [Company], I have continued to build strong skills in project management [or whatever] as well as clear oral and written communication. [Maybe this sentence describes the types of communication (or whatever skill) you do.]   [This sentence describes briefly the less-relevant work you do].  [This sentence ties in your less-relevant job to the job you are seeking].  These experiences have prepared me well to succeed in a role as [Name of Position you’re applying to].
Thank you for taking the time to review my materials and consider my application. I am excited at the prospect of applying my skills to a [Name or category of position] with [Company], and I feel that the knowledge and skills I have gained through my experience will be a great benefit to the team. Please do not hesitate to contact me with questions as I would welcome a chance to discuss this opportunity more. [After all, they want to hire you after reading this]
Regards,
 [First Name Last Name]
I hope you find this helpful in your job search!  Just remember to focus on skills you learned rather than specific experiences or titles you’ve had.  Don’t be afraid of inflating it too far, either.  There are real useful skills underlying every job task if you look hard & get creative with your phrasing.
Feel free to send me an ask if you want any specific advice on how to spin your education/work history into the job you want, or if you want a proofreader or cheerleader or whatever.  Job hunting is a bad game designed by and for a certain type of person.  It’s dehumanizing and horrible even at the best of times, so I’m more than happy to help anyone find a way to beat the system.  <3 <3

Ya girl back it again. Today's grocery trip is $100+ worth of free groceries, including two 12 packs of hard seltzer.
I'm stuck in bed with a broken ankle so trying to figure how best to still contribute to my household. Got my dusty coupon pants back on and was able to make a shopping list detailed enough my partner was able to pickup $130 worth of groceries for free, plus found a site that has our dog's hypoallergenic for $55 less than what we were paying. I'd jump for joy from the savings but don't want to break the other one.
Holy cannoli, Batman!!! That is some serious ninja couponing skill. I stand in awe of your determination and thrift!

Photo for reference. I've played 295 hours on Mistplay games and earned 18,399 tokens. I cash out in Amazon gifts cards for a rate of 360 tokens to a dollar, so that is worth ~$51.10. I earned another $16.32 by some other offers the games were running through other platforms.
That amounts to a whopping 22 cents an hour. So not worth it alone, but since I would be gaming anyway, that's $67 more than I had. 🤷🏼

Hi bitches! What are your thoughts on those apps like mistplay where they say you can make money by playing games? Is it worth it or just a scam?
Two different questions:
1. Is it worth it? No. The ROI (return on investment) is so low that you’re much better off spending your time making money in other ways. Unless you want to play the game anyway, it’s not worth it.
2. Is it just a scam? Technically, no. They will indeed pay you, just not very much.

Looks like my Halloween costume is going to waste
I broke my ankle twice over and will be stuck in bed for the next six weeks, so no dressing up for me. Which sucks, because it took forever for me to save up and getting things that matched enough from the thrift store.

Honesty asking and will change my plans based on responses: Is it okay if I did a day of the dead costume at Halloween if I make sure to include elements of deceased relatives to honor them? My grandmother was my favorite person and I plan on include rose and rosemary elements into the costume based on her name.

Plus I was just going to finally get myself a binder, but that's not happening right now. It's hard to breathe as is.
Super on edge. This week was the first anniversary of my brother's death and with Pandemic, I can't actually go and visit my folks. Also trapped inside from all the wildfire smoke. The dog is getting upset because he can't run around outside. The power was out most of the day from the winds. I just want some bath bombs and a pizza, and give him a new toy, but don't have the funds.
