He's got a 16 tattoo not only to commemorate his jersey number during the fateful game vs. Karasuno which was a very pivotal moment for him, but also because 1 and 6 are both numbers that Yahaba wore (1 as Captain and 6 in 2nd year) and Kyoutani is romantic and sentimental like that. 🥹
