Without salt, Turkish bread does not taste nice. - For this recipe, I like to add parsley and cilantro (coriander). They complement Turkish bread's flavour the best. Delicious! - Another thing? You can optionally add chilli flakes, but I prefer to exclude them because my husband doesn't like spicy cuisine.
