Teeny tiny bristlenose pleco baby. That little red spec is its heart ❤️ fish have a 3-chambered heart (as opposed to our 4-chambered mammalian one) and if you look close, you can see the three parts beating!

Finally got a fancy(tm) pic of my aquarium - think I figured out the solution to awful photos is just I have to do them at night because the hugeass window in my room directly adjacent ruins everything. Going to try and take a pic like this weekly to track growth!

Anyway it's looking close? Closeish? to being cycled so the question is: WHAT COLOUR SHRIMP

An older video of my celestial pearl danios. They were a new addition to this tank and still dealing with a chronic wasting disease that is very common with this species. That’s cleared up now thanks to trial and error with some medication, and their color is incredible now! Very fat and happy and laying tons of eggs. I’ll try to get a vid of them now posted soon 🎏
