the puppy seemed eager to dash away from her, but she was determined to introduce him to chuck before the excitable ball of fur explored his new home. he was already sniffing at all of the shoes that were lying around, his tail wagging happily. he was definitely going to be quite the bundle of energy – luckily, the former spies could certainly keep up with a hyper dog.

sarah led the golden retriever through to the living room, where she knew chuck was, watching in amusement as the dog made a dash for his new master, before she was even able to say a word. so much for telling him about the dog first.
