         Jhin hates mechanical alarm clocks and will wake up deeply irritated and startled if that’s what wakes him up. Being used to waking up due to birds, chickens, and any allotment of wildlife and natural body-clock has made for those things to be far from pleasant.

          Unknown to the virtuoso, Jhin has two aunts on his mothers side. Yua and Hibiku, both full blooded vastayans. While they are aware of their late sisters’ son, they are not sure what has happened to him, as after the passing of their late sibling, their knowledge of where the son was in all of the madness caused by their brother in law is foggy at best.

          Jhin has no recollection of them or memory; they only saw Jhin once when he was still a baby, little more than a few weeks old at best. His mother made sure to keep his heritage separate, as the Vastayan rather remain a secret, much more so to a village based on arts and acting. But they would watch their nephew grow from afar from time to time, taking the form of familiar animals to the area to watch him as well as his mother.

          As of now, while not actively searching, having believed he was most likely dead, they do keep an eye and an ear out for their nephew - their only remaining family member, and last connection to their sister.

          Jhin loves fresh cut flowers to adorn his home and because of this he does try his hand at arrangement. 

          He will typically go to market every few weeks when he is in Ionia to purchase new flowers to replace the ones that wilted at home, picking them individually arranged to do so himself upon arriving home.

         Even when given flowers for his acting after plays he will often pick and fiddle with the arrangements he is given to make them slightly more appealing to his taste.

          Travelling by foot often means that Jhin will go days without seeing any sort of civilization in the slightest, so this being the case he has long since harnessed some survival skills to make the trips easier. 

          He does not often travel with companions, preferring to travel alone (doing so makes it much easier for him to ‘practice’ on his way to his destination after all) meaning he must be capable at things like fishing, understanding what is and is not poisonous out of the forest and local vegetation and how to prepare it.

          Despite his life being something of a luxurious one when in the comfort of his own households, Jhin is just as content to live a bare-minimum life style, bathing in rivers and sleeping under the stairs, nestled in little more than a blanket. It is still much more a luxury than what was offered in Tuula after all, which is perhaps why he now enjoys it so much. 

            Jhin can take well enough care of himself when travelling through general forested land and tundra’s, and having traveled well enough around Runeterra now he knows how much to pack and what to pack depending on his journey ahead of him. This isn’t to say each time he prepares flawlessly for what is ahead of him and that he is always packed with the ideal’s for his trip but it does give him a step ahead.

cabal facts. 1

           No Cabal member actually knows for a fact what another looks like. Even Jhin is entirely unaware of what each Cabal members face appears to look like.

           During meetings and gatherings of the Cabal, each wears individualized masks - none to the degree of complexity of Jhin’s own, but they still do wear masks. This is so that Jhin, as well as other Cabal members are unable to find them outside of the safety of the meetings so that, should two members disagree or Jhin seek to harm and kill the Cabal members outside of their meetings, he’d have a difficult time locating them on appearance alone. 

          Hair his hidden behind wraps and hoods and hands are covered with gloves. No skin, hair, or eyes are shown in any meeting. The only characteristic shared is voices, and even, Jhin is certain that some use magics to alter their voices when among one another and himself to further cascade who they are. Alias’s further the disassociation from who they are outside of the Cabal meetings. 

            This makes it rather hard for Jhin to successfully pick off any of the Cabal members.

Cabal facts . 2

        Jhin was not immediately put into service and use by the Cabal. They were well aware that after obtaining Jhin from his jail-time in Tuula that the man would need a lot of recoup and time to come back to his proper health. While, by no means, did Jhin entirely degrade, he was not as healthy as he could be and the 

       Cabal both wanted him in good health when they begun to use his talents, as well as making sure the man properly understood the negotiations surrounding their deal. To do this, Jhin was not immediately removed from Tuula and returned home. Instead, for a few months Jhin was housed at a Cabal sanctuary deep within an Ionian mountain range, allowed to recoup his health, and discuss the details of his release with them.

         As is common for Jhin, the man made sure to take in all that he could about the Cabal, look into every nuance and detail of their existence, to study them and to understand them. While the rules and terms of working with the Cabal were well and good, and in a manner helped protect him in the future and provided him with tools to better his work and expand upon it, he also knew they’d ultimately limit his grand visions in the long run, and Jhin has little tolerance for limitations within his art. With studying them, and their behaviors and natures of each member, Jhin slowly begun to weave together a web to use against them ever so slowly in the future. 

         To poison them bit by bit until he could escape or kill them and free himself once more of any bindings.

Cabal facts . 3

         Jhin takes great care in making sure that he correctly understand each individual of the Cabal, and pleases them individually and accordingly. 

        A happy higher-up is a good and lulled one. A dog who rolls onto his back because he presumes you mean little harm is one easier to gut. That being said, it is by no means a short or easy task. With the nature of the Cabal being what it is, the members are not so easily swayed, and very on guard of Jhin and his motives. As he strives to understand them, they also strive to better understand Jhin to better take precautions against the actor. 

         Fortunately, being such an actor can also mean he always has one foot ahead of them whether they believe it or not. 

         Again, the process in which to garner such attention and trust of the entire Cabal, let alone individuals, is an incredibly taxing and long process, and one that by no means occurs over night. Many still do not trust Jhin and with entirely good reasons, whereas few have succumb to their power-drunk nature, presuming they’ve suppressed Jhin into a lull, easily manipulated and handled spot.

          Jhin makes sure to not underestimate the Cabal members in the slightest either. There are many he does not know the remotely full extent of. Most do not have much documentation to even fish about around them, and so what he does know about any is often from their own mouth, of those of others that are sweetened by the honey of a lustful eve.
