Hey tumblr, help I need arm stretches, and I can't find any that help

I play cello but I haven't been playing for super long, and now I'm going to have to play 18 consecutive minutes, and though that isn't a lot, it is primarily played slowly and in the top half of the bow. As a beginner musician, this is difficult to persist through, especially since my arm strength is absolutely garbage
