their misinformation has ALREADY endangered real systems medically as they have made professionals skeptical of a medically proven disorder, a disorder that is already very stigmatised.

Ok but like , if ur a system and u got synesthesia do every alter agree with the associations or do some alters / each alter have their own associations ? It's an oddly specific question to ask , ik , but for us we have different associations between SOME alters only :0

#For us the associations differ mainly in voices #Like one person's voice may be blue to headmate A but red to headmate B #with colour to sound stuff it's a physical thing so we can all agree on the sounds
