Hi all, it’s Bianca, it’s been a week that I took a break from social media, I was so anxious because someone could send me a message, but I cannot reply to it. However, I spent more of my time in reading and drawing, which really helps me to recharge and relax!!!Â
Here’s a small guide to a good night sleep! My sleep schedule is so messed up but I’m returning school soon, so hopefully I will able to adjust it to my normal rhythm ❤️💜💙

my blog has really been picking up lately and i just wanted to raise awareness around an issue in our community! cottagecore/naturecore/farmcore etc may seem fun and harmless, but there are a few things to remember.
for non-indigenous people in north america, we must remember that the land we are living on does not belong to us - it’s stolen. before settlers came to the americas the lands were thriving, and now farm industries are helping to destroy the environment that indigenous people are fighting to protect. instead of idolizing mass-production and farming practices that are harmful for the environment, you should research how the indigenous peoples in your area cared for their home and how colonizers have impacted the way we cultivate/care for farmland.Â
Your purpose in life is not to love yourself but to love being yourself.
If you goal is to love yourself, then your focus is directed inward toward yourself, and you end up constantly watching yourself from the outside, disconnected, trying to summon the “correct” feelings towards yourself or fashion yourself into something you can approve of.
If your goal is to love being yourself, then your focus is directed outward towards life, on living and making decisions based on what brings you pleasure and fulfillment.
Be the subject, not the object. It doesn’t matter what you think of yourself. You are experiencing life. Life is not experiencing you.
Every time I abandon my core values I deprive myself of love and lose connection with my soul. When I lose connection with my soul I feel disembodied and drained of life. I owe it to myself to end this pattern and stop making decisions out of stress that betray my core values. I’m going to do better because I deserve it.
Repeat after me: I am going to love myself. I am going to meet amazing people. I am going to fall a little more in love with life. I am going to achieve everything I am dreaming of. I am going to live the life I so desperately want to live. I am going to find someone who will love me with all their heart. I am going to find peace. I am going to be content.
It is all about mindset, my love. You attract what you think. Deep down, you already know that you deserve all of this, there is just a thick layer of doubt, negativity and fear that needs to be stripped away first. Internalise these affirmations. Repeat them every day - because you are going to be so okay. Do yourself a favour and start believing in the good things.
